Can anyone please help me!!! I need to find a private doctor in tyler or dallas texas that prescribes methadone. I cant make it to the clinic everyday and I need help with my opiate addiction. I go to a methadone program and have for about 4 years. I've recently had the flu which caused me to vomit up my methadone (I get 5 take home bottles per week). Tried taking another bottle and threw up again. I'm feeling sick from not taking it so I took a 60 mg morphine sulfate pill. Will this help at all? ## It may help stave off the worst of the withdrawals you could experience, since it is also a narcotic. However, before doing so in the future, you really should call the doctor or clinic you are working with and get their advice, first. I took a 10 mg methadone 7 hrs ago. I have 20 mg Adderall, and 1 mg xanax. I have a lot to get done and I want to take a quarter of the adderall and half a xanax. I don't want to act weird or feel sick. Ive taken the adderall before but didn't have anything with it and took half and it had me stuck on the couch forever and I couldn't eat. One time I took half of the blue xanax and half the adderall and could function find. Hello my name is kev. I have been consuming about 3 to 6 mg of Subutex daily for about 7 months. I'm very eager to eliminate the Subutex and start on these Methadone. Is it safe to consume Methadone 20 mgs the day after taking about 3 mgs of Subutex? I heard Suboxone was the dangerous one, not Subutex and I also heard the taking Methadone after Subutex is safe apposed to Methadone to Subutex. Any answers would be highly appreciated. Hello everyone. I'm from San Diego, CA. I've been on Methadone for 3.5 years now. I'm on 80mg daily. I was on the pill form of Methadone for most of my stay at the clinic. They were METHADONE DISKETTES 40MG, they also had DOLOPHINE 5MG and 10MG. Those worked amazing for me, they actually weren't even generic, those are Brand name Methadone. So over 6 months ago, they banned the tablets and forced every patient who were on tablets to liquid Methadone. Ever since the switch, I've been depressed and most of the time I don't even want to leave the house. I was the complete opposite on tablets. I have been prescribed methadone since 2009 for nerve and chronic pain. I have had 7 surgeries need 2 more major surgeries, have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative disease, cervical spondylosis, and severe osteoarthritis of the joints. My doctor referred me to pain management due to personal opinion and unsure how to treat me. I've been on methadone for almost 13 yrs due to a car accident when I was a teenager that left me disabled and with chronic pain. My current Dr. Received a letter from the Medical Board ( which he let me see) explaining that in order to keep prescribing methadone that he will need to get a license that will allow him too continue to perscribe this. My dr said it's became a huge hassle and that because of other patients "dr shopping" he just can't do it anymore. I've been with him for over 6 yrs! Hi, I started going to a methadone clinic 3 months ago for opiate addiction. I am paying 98$ a week, well my sister is, bless her heart. I was wondering if this is the cheapest option for me? I have been going to a methadone clinic for 5 years. I WAS on a code 1 (going in 1 day a week and pick up 6 bottles) until the clinic switched lab companies. They approached me to tell me my drop came back dirty for codeine. When I looked at the levels it says 350 nanograms. They set the level at 50 nanograms. I thought 2,000 was the cutoff level. I told them I was clean and I ate Portillos hot dogs that have poppy seeds in them. They told me to stop lying and I will be returning to a code 6 (go in every day except Sunday?) So, my question is, don't they have to honor the federal guidelines that I thought were 2,000 nanograms?
