If I have to pay out of pocket, what will this drug cost me per month? ## Hello, Marla! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't have a price to quote you. It can vary from area to area, there is no universal price throughout the U.S. Have you asked your pharmacist? There is also a prescription discount card on each page of this site, towards the lower right, that is free to print. It may help save some money on it. The FDA lists Daliresp as being most commonly used to treat COPD. The typical side effects may possibly include diarrhea, weight loss, dizziness, muscle spasms and sinusitis. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My husband took his first dalirep today for C o p d. Although his pulmonary specialist told him to take one daily. He is thinking of starting by taking one ...

I need Spiriva handihaler to breathe ## Hello, Arleey! How are you? In the U.S., Spiriva is only available by prescription from your doctor. It is a bronchodilator that is used to treat conditions, such as COPD, bronchitis and emphysema. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including dry mouth, blurred vision, elevated heart rate and chest pain. Have you been diagnosed with one of these conditions?

Can you take OFEV if you are having Leuprolide Acetate inj's.? ## Hi Steve, From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions listed between OFEV (nintedanib) and Leuprolide Acetate. So based off this information alone, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use the two together unless instructed otherwise by your doctor. I also think it would be wise to inform your doctor of any new medication you intend on using along with whatever he/she prescribes you. This way there's an open line of communication in case something does happen (god forbid). I hope this helps!

Used to help breath better. A herbal supplement to rejuvenate, replenish and refresh repertory system. Helps anyone with COPD or asthma. ## @Lawrence, Thanks for the heads up on this natural respiratory supplement! I did a little research though and actually found a customer review stating that there's an identical product by the name of AirAid which supposedly has a cheaper price tag per bottle with the same amount of milligrams per capsule. So if you're still in the market for this type of herbal respiratory supplement I'd recommend comparing prices with AirAid first to see if it's truly a better deal. Have you had any success trying it thus far?

Been on Dali Resp for 11 months. It was given to me after a very bad flare up of COPD. Was hospitalized for 3 days. I have to say I have not been sick at all since taking Dali Resp. My breathing is back to normal and I don't need my inhalers either. Since Jan I have lost 40 lbs so that is a help. But I think the Dali REsp restored my breathing back to normal. Dali Resp is suppose to just make flare-ups less severe it says nothing about helping your breathing. I think we got a bonus with Dali Resp rest it lessens flares ups and helps breathing. It is expensive but it is worth every penny. I am glad my ins pays for it my co pay monthly is 20.00 ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? I'm so glad that it's working so well for you! That's awesome!!! Have you had any side effects from ...

I have been using daliresp for over a year. It absolutely changed the quality of my life. Before, I couldn't walk 30 feet without getting breathless. All that changed once I started using it. It, to me, was a miracle drug. Now I am having a very hard time getting it. It has to do with insurance, Dr pre-approval, so on and so forth. I am starting my second week without it and boy, can I ever tell!! I am back to square one... can't walk far, can't talk for a long time. I managed to get 3 emergency pills from the pharmacy and after taking just one pill, I am already feeling better. Just wanted to know the dangers of suddenly stopping daliresp. I can certainly feel a huge change without it. Hopefully the problems with the insurance will be rectified asap. ## Hello, Amanda! How a...

h ow long does it take for daliresp to get out of your system. ## Hi Cindi, According to the US National Library of Medicine, "the average plasma half-life of Roflumilast and its metabolite (N-oxide) are reported to be an approximate 17 and 30 hours." Ref: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3351880 This means that after every 17 hours, half of the Roflumilast you took is on it's way out of your system, and in another 17 hours there will be "half of that remaining half" left in your system, and so forth. This isn't including the half life of the metabolite (N-oxide), but if you're only concerned about the drug itself, you should be in the clear after a few days I'd imagine. Although this also depends on how much you took as well as several other factors (suc...

I am 72 years old and has been prescribed oxetol-150 by a neurologist recently. I would like to know the side-effects of taking oxetol-150. Below is my case history - I'm feeling shivering around the area of heart for the last 6-8 weeks which spreads to the upper part of body and limbs and continues for 90 minutes to 150 minutes. This phenomenon leads to thumping in chest, rapid exhalation and giddiness. If this symptom starts when I am asleep, I get awakened feeling very uneasy and I get up and sit on bed till it subsides. I am a known COPD patient and suffer from wheezing for which I use Biocler 250 tab, Mucinac 600 tab, Duolin, Maxiflow forte in Rota haler as advised by doctor. On doctor's advice, I have done ECG, ECHO, taken chest x-ray, TMT and 24 hours Holter monitoring but n

should breo be used by a patient who has had an ablation for atrial flutter ## Hello, Susannah! How are you? This does contain a steroid, so it could be somewhat risky. Has this been prescribed for you? Steroids usually do have a stimulating effect and aren't generally recommended for heart patients.

Have taken daliresp for l yr 4 months. Have not had a episode in over 8 months. My doctor had me start off l tablet every 3 days to keep down the side effect. After 2 weeks, went on full time. I had asthma as a child but has been under control until about 5 years ago and then diagnosed with cough avariant asthma and was very ill for about 4 years with taking steroids and everything else. After taking daliresp, only had two episodes in 6 months. Then of all things, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. This stopped all my coughing and have not been sick then. Just not sure if I should continue the daliresp. The Cpap that I use every night has also lowered my blood pressure and Dr. stopped blood pressure medicine after 37 years. I think everyone who has any kind of asthma should be checked fo...

I was put on Daliresp and my Dr gave me 21 free pills - it works wonders - then I find it is not covered yet by Ill. Medicaid. Contact forest Pharme ceuticals , they may be able to help with prescriptions - it is worth a try. ## Awesome! I am so glad that it's working for you. Doc has me trying Daliresp, haven't started taking it yet cause I am scared of all the side affects. Should I be worried? I read all the side affects and it scares the hell out out of me. Not really sure it is safe enough to take. ## Hello, Jim! How are you? The important thing you have to remember is that those are just possible side effects, not everyone experiences them. The only way to know how any medication will affect you is to actually try it. The most common side effects to this medication can include diarrhea, weight loss, insomnia and decreased appetite. Is there anything specific that you're concerned about? I will gladly find more information for you.

Is anyone on the new inhaler Tudorza and a new drug for copd called Daliresp and have you had any problem s with either one. I started to have problems with Spiriva and Advire so now I am on Symbicort and Tudorza. What other inhaler would go good with Symbicort as I am not sure how I feel about Tudorza. ## I may not have an exact answer to your questions, but there's actually another thread on here discussing user's personal experiences with Daliresp, if you're interested in having a look at: Discuss/Daliresp-Experience-219303.htm Have you tried any natural remedies for asthma/copd? If not, I'd also consider researching various types of essential oils and their properties. Many of them are excellent options that can be used in conjunction with an inhaler. I hope this hel...

can oxycod/acetamino 10-325 cause death if used improperly. I started taking this for extreme pain to my lungs, and massive headaches caused by stage 5 COPD. ## Hello, Jeff! How are you? Any medication has the potential to cause a fatal overdose if used improperly. This contains a narcotic, so the risks for it are slightly higher than for something more innocuous like an antibiotic, but they all do carry some risk. Just be careful to only take it according to your doctor's instructions and don't mix it with alcohol. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you have any other questions or concerns?

How much are you paying for a 30 day supply of Spiriva? just trying to get an idea of general costs of this drug. ## Based on my research, the average price point for a 30 day supply of Spiriva is right around the $300 mark. Although, I'd imagine that prices may vary depending on one's location, insurance, and probably a number of other factors as well. I'd also keep in mind that there are plenty prescription drug discount cards and patient assistance programs out there that can help save you a nice chunk of change at the time you go in to fill your script. Here's one that I find to be quite helpful: Rx discount card You can also learn more about this drug on the page for Spiriva Details I hope this info helps! I take several medications and see to be having issues on occasion and I am wondering if I should be taking all these meds at specific times other that what the label says to get the best benefits and possibly have less yucky issues. My body isn't absorbing all my medications or all of my food. Clearly what goes in the mouth should not come out the other end in the same form as it went in. Kindly give your advise. ## iwas suffering from loose motion i took welgut for 4 days then after 5days i had the sameproblem itook velgut for 10 days. loose motions have stopped but uneasiness in stomach prevails should i continue taking medicine ## Velgut is actually just a probiotic supplement, not an actual medication. It helps support or repopulate the normal healthy bacteria in your gastrointestinal system. Thus, I can see the point of Deepti using it for diarrhea, since it can help if the diarrhea has been caused by a bacteria or virus that upset their system, but these aren't known to help with COPD. Why did your doctor ...
