Hi Steve,
From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions listed between OFEV (nintedanib) and Leuprolide Acetate. So based off this information alone, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use the two together unless instructed otherwise by your doctor.
I also think it would be wise to inform your doctor of any new medication you intend on using along with whatever he/she prescribes you. This way there's an open line of communication in case something does happen (god forbid).
