In english this is called Loratadine and Betamethasone.
Loratadine is used to temporarily relieve the symptoms of hay fever (allergy to pollen, dust, or other substances in the air) and other allergies. It is also used to treat itching and redness caused by hives.
Betamethasone is a potent glucocorticoid steroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It is used to treat the itching, redness, dryness, crusting, scaling, inflammation, and discomfort of various skin conditions.
It sounds like the combination of these two medications would certainly make their individual effects much stronger.
