is it ok to be taking 10 mg lisinopril 10 mg amlodipine for blood pressure and just prescribed 240 propranolol for migraines ## Hi dolores, There is actually an interaction between the three of these medications. I wouldn't necessarily call it dangerous if you're taking each medication as directed by your doctor, but just for your information, the interactions state the following: Applies to Propranolol and Amlodipine: "MONITOR: Additive reductions in heart rate, cardiac conduction, and cardiac contractility may occur when calcium channel blockers are used concomitantly with beta blockers, particularly in patients with ventricular or conduction abnormalities. Is it safe to take o tropin while on lisinopril and simvastatin? ## O-Tropin reportedly contains a blend of natural amino acids and herbs. Although I find it strange that I cannot locate any specific details on what these ingredients are exactly. From my own past experience, most natural supplements tend to fair well when used in conjunction with prescription meds. So in my opinion it should be fine. But, you may have to be your own best judge in this case, since natural supplements are not regulated like prescription drugs; and therefore aren't classified in a way that compares possible interactions with each and every other medication. I hope this advice helps!

The pill I found was a thicker (3/16"), white, round (6/16") diameter pill with 93 marked on one side and 851 marked on the other side. I take Lisinopril, Furosemide and Carvedelol, and this pill does not match any of these 3 pills. What is it? Thank you. ## It's an older tablet, because TEVA no longer uses the number 93 on these, they changed it to actually read TEVA, several months ago. It contains 50mgs of Metoprolol, an beta blocker that is used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions, it is in the same class as your Carvedilol, but for many people it causes severe side effects. Are there any other questions or comments? ## metoprolol er succinate - beta blocker

I took a half a pill tonight because my BP was high until I can talk to Dr in AM is this ok? ## What amount are you usually supposed to take? How high was your BP? In most cases no, you shouldn't try to add more of your medication, even half a tablet, because most of these medications don't work that fast, so it won't do anything to help in the period of time, before you'd see your doctor, anyway. Learn more: Lisinopril Details In addition, whether or not your BP is considered high, or going high again will also depend on other factors, such as the time of day you checked it, your stress levels, what you had eaten, where you recently active and etc. Your doctor will usually base their assessment on several readings, not just one. small round peach color pill with LL on one side and 002 on the other side ## Hi Candy, Did you perhaps mean to say LL B02 as opposed to LL 002? routinely take 20 mg Lisonipril twice daily for B.P. probs. Today feeling very washed out and weak. Could this symptom be problem of the med? I've been on this med and this dosage for a long time. I probably shouldd have taken my BP , but failed to. Any thoughts? ## works good ## How long have you been taking it? There are two possibilities, the first is that it could be a side effect of the Lisinopril, since it can cause such things and the second could be the your blood pressure may be going too low from taking it. You may want to make sure you are checking your blood pressure on a regular basis and you should also contact your doctor.

difference between hexal Lisinopril 20mg and Prexum 4mg ## (Aside from the obvious dosage difference of 20mg of Lisinopril and 4mg of Prexum) - While both of these medications are in the same drug class with the same purpose of lowering blood pressure, the primary differences lie within the chemical makeup of each drug, as well as the addition of certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each tablet. Both of these factors play a detrimental role as to how each drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may agree with one medication over the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves. I hope this helps! ## Thank you, My Clinic argue that they are the same as far as strength is con...
