I contracted a viral infection and devolped a terrible cough that eventually caused an inability to swallow solid food. After being hospitalized and receceiving every test possilble the medical team could not find anything medically wrong with me. Finally, after my iinsistance that the cause was a result of a side effect of Lisinopril I stopped taking the drug and in about 2 days I was able to eat solid food. 77 ## Are you saying it has the marking 77 on it? If so, I can't find any listings for it in any of our U.S. prescription medication resources. If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to positively identify. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I'm not sure but you could be reading the pill "upsidedown" or "sideways",The "LL" on the side can look like "77" or "F" if turned the wrong way. If the pill is a small blue hexagon (6 sided) and reads "LL" on one side and "B01" on the other side, it is probably a blood pressure pill called Lisinopril, a generic for Prinzide I think. ## Yes I looked again and it is LL not 77
