If they are only a once daily dosing regimen, then there is a chance they could experience lowered heart rate and blood pressure.

Have they consulted a medical professional?

If they start to feel extremely sedated or like they are going to pass out, then medical attention should be sought immediately.

However, in most cases it is mild and the situation can be remedied just by increasing their fluid intake for awhile, to bring their blood pressure back up.
