Is the 5mg of Lisinopril Tab pink oval the same medication is the 5mg of Lisinopril Tab in white square???
I Purchase the white square one from CVS
My husband gets the oval pink one free from Purblx??????

What are the markings on them, that's what would enable me to double check them for you.

But in general, they most likely are exactly what the pharmacy has said they are and they are just manufactured by different companies.

Publix may have a special deal on the one from that company they are providing and the same may be true of CVS. It depends on who they use as a supplier and how good they are at negotiating prices.

You might even find several more at different pharmacies in the same area.
