I've been taking Dulan 30mg for prevention of panic and anxiety treatment since 4 months, prescribed by my psychiatrist. Is it use harmful for a long period??? Doctor said to me you'll get use to it in probably 9 months to 1 year. I take it daily before the sleep at night with NAZE 0.5 half Tab 2 times a day. Half in after breakfast and Half at night before the sleep. One day i missed a dose of dulan 30mg at night i faced severe virtigo and dizziness, some times i feel numbness in my left leg and arm, i feel pain in my calf after beginning the dulan 30mp and Naze 0.5 tab, now i have no control of my urine discharge. Every night I wet my bed during sleep. I worry about that. Plz help me what to do? Is it a kidney problem or a urine bladder weakness from using this antidepressant dulan 30mg and Naze 0.5/half 2 times daily. Plz help me

I am also facing chest pain, burden on middle of chest, especially pain remains in my left side of chest fingers, arm and back, like i am getting heart attack.
So plz help me
