Fill Oxycodone Prescription (Page 48) (Top voted first)

Cannot fill them anywhere in Bradenton or Sarasota. Please help I have a real doctor and the pharmacy I have been going to the past year in my city says they will no longer fill out of county. Does anyone know of a pharmacy in Bradenton or Sarasota that can help a patient fill qty 180 oxycodone 30mg? Please help. On the verge of getting deathly ill w/out meds! Thank you.

Express scripts is Tricare (military insurance)and some other employers use this mail pharmacy as well. They very good. They take 7 to 10 days to get the meds mailed to you on the first time. You have to mention to mail pharmacies that you are getting pain meds so they know why you are doing only 30 days RX's. So if you use a mail order pharmacy, you should try to see your doctor early one month to get the ball rolling so you won't run out. It will just need to be post dated. Always send your rx's certified mail and ask for express delivery. You usually have to be home to sign for your meds when they arrive. On my group, we have a document section listed with only legit mail order pharmacies for patients with NO insurance. These are specially certified for safe filling. Many have are having great experience with this. Anyone that would like to join us with our advocacy is invited. Donna s as well. We are a close nit group and its private. No one can see our Florida group or the posts that members make. Strength is in numbers folks! We are building up nicely and need more advocates. I do make sure I speak with all members, by email or phone to be sure they are pain patients or caregivers. So they are screened for safety. We have been in touch with a reporter from NBC that knows us. We are currenty looking to class action law suit the state and state pharmacy board. We legitimate pain patients need a voice just like CVS, Cardinal and some doctors. We are actively. Fighting this together. Again my info is listed on this thread. You will find it, its here. Donna s. I noticed you put a c in my name. LOL lots of people do that so that could make me harder to find. I dont have a direct link to the group for the privacy of the members. Having our group private keeps the comfort level for everyone because we do discuss health problems etc....another way to find us is. On facebook type in "American Pain Foundation Action Network for Florida Residents". Type the entire name. You will then come to a page. Like that page and leave a comment. You will see our petition there too. I will message you back with a friend request. After you accept, I will immediately add you to our group. I know you will like everyone there. I have members on there that had been on this thread. I hope to see you soon. Advocates and supporters like you will help Florida pain patients to achieve our goals and gain respect. :)

Because of the group being private, she won't find us on there. Milly will need to friend me on Facebook. There was changes made to group a few months ago that will prevent anyone from finding us by the search bar. Its becausde of the email address. I did this deliberately to keep reporters from being nosy and trying to sneak in. Its for all members privacy do to us being able to discss health issues. So just Facebook my name and you will find me in Lithia FL or advocating for pain care will be with my name, or by following the painfoundation.org website. Search for Florida leader and my name and email address will be there. Sorry for the little search but due to the controversy of our cause. Its better for members this way. Maybe someday soon I will be able to change all this. We are fighting for our rights right now. If you can't find me, write back here and I will find you. :)

Rae, we would love to have you on our group. You sound like a good advocate and we sure need as many of those as we can possibly get. Yes I will make sure to help you to find a good mail order pharmacy. FT Myers is one of the worst hit areas in FL affected by the negativity of the pill mills. Good news is they are gone! I can see that we are now down to the real legit pain patients and we have been hit hard. If you join our group, we have lots of members from that area that can help you with a doctor. When we advocate, we have been quiet about the mail ordering our meds so that our rediculous state govt doesn't try to interfere with that way of filling meds. I own a home on Lookout mountain AL, just south west of Chattanooga. I would love to live there full time but I couldn't find a doctor so I have to remain in my home state of FL. We really need to have all states more educated about pain. That reduce the paranoia. State legislators, and health care providers need more education on how to treat pain properlyhere in Florida . Today in the Tampa Bay newspaper under opinions, my friend and co-worker Bob Twillman director of AAPM( American Academy of pain management) wrote a great article about FL and pain patients. Look for it and leave a comment. Its really good. Later today, I will try to post the link here. I have my DR appt today. Maybe Donna S. Will post it for everyone to read if I can't get it done soon. Can a pharmacy refuse to fill a legitimate script if it is out of county or in this case the next county over? Please let me know. Doesn't seem fair! Should be against the law honestly! Pharmacy profiling disgusted me! These people are basically choosing who lives or dies. Seriously! Didn't these creeps go to Pharmacy School to learn about the dangers of detox?! Also, a patient detoxing on any major medication isn't going to look their best when they are attempting to fill! These people are demons! So angry at the profilers!

It is important that I talk you because I have information on what is going on down here in Florida and the numbers of suicides are adding up. Anon-My opinion of you has certainly changed. I find you to be very informative and presenting some information. However, you invited me to come to your pharmacy and I took you up on that. Why would you be afraid? I am of no threat to anyone. i have a name which is common unlike anonymous and if I invite someone I have nothing to hide. Why are you hiding your name. Obviously, you are confident in your job and well versed. You invited me so where do you work? If you do not tell then I submit to this forum that you are a coward hiding behind a veil. i am not name calling just stating a fact. We do not need to hear from anonymous people who are bold enough to invite me to their work and retract that when I ask. You have my name and so does everyone else. You should step forward and give yours.

I posted a list at #207 that may help.. People that have filed complaints have been blackballed.. nothing comes of the complaint anyway so why even bother?

DONNA RATLIFF is on Facebook with a Pain Group that is Private to join.. they are doing a lot of good things to help the Govt. know what is going on with trying to get scripts filled etc. she is the profile with Blonde hair,,

Please, Please message her and she will be more than happy to talk with you and join the group.. the more people we have the better,, she has had journalists contact her and mentioned her and the group in articles and there is more interest in helping all of us.....

I also recently heard that Walgreens is considering NOT getting oxys any longer like CVS has.. true ? I dunno could be a rumor like others to put fear out there..
still hearing that they are having a hard time getting shipments from the distributor

Most Pharmacies now will not take a script from a Dr. that does not accept insurance at all and only takes cash from their patients.. so that could be a reason why people are getting turned away at RX's.. apparently there is a 'local' list of Dr's that do not take insurance at their clinics which is a 'red flag' as a possible pill mill sometimes hidden as a weight loss clinic etc....

this surely has to end sometime soon, doing the pharmacy crawl every month causes anxiety/stress levels to go up and in turn the pain goes up and endless cycle continues

There are Discount Cards that can be printed and used at several Pharmacies there is one after you post and 'continue" on here Kmarts accept it as well as others.. plus USA Plan is another google it.. Walgreens accepts that one

In St Pete,Largo, Clearwater, Kmart by Seminole Mall..go to "Slower" pharmacies and you'll have a better chance of getting them filled and go or call every day until the truck comes in..that way the pharmacists can see & hear you are not slurring etc..

this group has contact with journalists,attys govt. etc there are some very smart,connected people in the group.
we are there to lend a sympathetic ear,we support each other whether as CPP or Caretaker and to get something done with the Pharmacy Crawl, The Profiling,Pharmacists being Judgmental & Rude etc.
Change is on the Horizon,,

people that matter are NOW started to see the problem we all have monthly
