PLEASE READ!!! - - - I just got back from seeing Dr. de Luna as well, my #3rd time i've gone..just last night (June 3-5, 2017) and one of my traveling companions asked if I had actually looked at the ingredients on the box of Dorvasal. I just looked and am shocked as I do NOT see any actual DMSO listed in the ingredients. I do believe it contains DMSO, but has to be listed as other ingredients to be allowed to be taken into the U.S.

1. First Ingredient:
In the pill is Fenilbutazona, which is Phenylbutazone in English. According to Wikipedia it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDS) derived from pyrazolones, indicated for the relieft of chronic pain, including symptoms of arthritis. Its use is limited in humans because of severe adverse effects such as suppression of white blood cells and aplastic anemia. In dogs and horses 1, phenylbutazone is used as an analgesic and antipyretic . Phenylbutazone retains sodium and chlorine accompanied by low urine volume, causing edema , cardiac decompensation, and pulmonary edema . It has been shown to cause aplastic anemia , agranulocytosis and allergic reactions. The most common side effects occurring in 10-45% of cases are nausea , vomiting and skin rashes. Some cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome have been reported .
Like other NSAIDs, phenylbutazone should not be administered in patients with gastric ulcer , thrombocytopenia , coagulation disorders, heart failure , liver failure or renal insufficiency , severe arterial hypertension , or Sjögren's syndrome .

2. 2nd Ingredient: Prednisone: Prednisone is a synthetic corticosteroid drug that is usually taken orally but can be given intramuscularly (injection) and is used for a large number of conditions. It mainly has a glucocorticoid effect . Prednisone is a prodrug that is converted by the liver into prednisolone , which is the active steroid form.

Medical Uses:

As an immunosuppressant it acts practically throughout the immune system . It can therefore be used in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases (such as asthma , epidermal allergies from contact with poison ivy, systemic lupus erythematosus , Crohn's disease or Still 's disease ), middle and inner ear problems, and various kidney diseases such as the syndrome Nephrotic syndrome . It is also used to prevent and treat organ rejection in transplants.

Adrenal suppression occurs if prednisone is given for more than seven continuous days.It is a state in which the body is unable to synthesize corticosteroids naturally and becomes dependent on the prednisone taken by the patient. For this reason, the administration of prednisone should not be stopped abruptly if it has been taken for more than seven days, but needs to be reduced slowly; This reduction may take days if the course of prednisolone was short but may take weeks or months if the patient has been treated for a long time. An abrupt fall would lead to secondary adrenal insufficiency , which can put the patient's life at risk.

Side Effects:
Prednisone treatment, especially those in which the dose is elevated (> 0.25 mg / kg), usually produces adverse effects in both the short and long term. In the short term, they usually produce a variable degree of fluid retention, so that the patient experiences a facial swelling (moon face) that can extend to areas of the body such as hips, shoulders, etc. This swelling disappears after cessation of treatment. As a result of this fluid retention, skin streaks in the legs, abdomen and even back may also appear due to an increase in body volume over a short period of time. Also, it is likely to facilitate post operative dehiscence. In the long term, acne and hirsutism appear (excess body hair) as a consequence of the hormonal action of prednisone, A lower calcium absorption (usually the treatment is accompanied with calcium supplements to avoid symptoms and effects similar to those of osteoporosis), hypertension that can lead to ocular glaucoma. It is important to tell the doctor the appearance of any of these or other symptoms.

3. 3rd Ingredient: Excipienta c.b.p In pharmaceutical, an excipient is an inactive substance used to incorporate the active ingredient . They can also be used to aid the manufacturing process of a product. This is simply a binder, that's it!!!
In general, the active substances themselves can not be easily absorbed by the human body; It is necessary to administer them in the proper form; Therefore the substance must be dissolved or mixed with an excipient substance, whether it is solid or soft; Or a vehicle if it is liquid. They can also be used to aid the manufacturing process of a product.
Depending on the route of administration it is possible to use different excipients. In addition, when an active ingredient has been purified, it can often not remain so for a long time; Another use of the excipients is as stabilizers that ensure activation of the active ingredient enough to make the product competitive. The most common and recommended use for drinking is pure water, universal solvent.

4. WHAT is in the vial that is put into the saline solution during the IV process? Has anyone seen, asked to see this vial and IF it says DMSO or the scientific name of Dimethyl sulfoxide???

I've actually just read about this doc in Mexico and am flying out Sunday to see him. It sounds like according to the person I know that has been going to see him once a year for the DMSO IV infusions that you need to continue to keep the treatments going at least once a year, more or less until symtoms disappear and the little red pills are DMSO. Your mom might need to go back to see him. I'm dealing wtih osteoarthritis brought on by lyme disease. I hope this helps. I also am on Tramadol and that doesn't cause me dizziness, so I would not think it is dmso. Please go back to see him.

To all who are looking for Dr. Corona and the orange pills Dorvasol; He has retired. I wrote the long post some time back when he was still practicing. I now go to another Dr. in Piedras Negras, Mexico who uses the exact same treatment.: Three IV treatments, shots in troubled spots, and the red/orange pill, Dorvasol. I have been seeing him for almost four years. You cannot have the pills mailed to you. You must have a passport to get across the Mexican border, but Dr. DeLuna provides transportation from the U.S. side both ways each day. His office is within view from the border crossing, just across the plaza as you enter Mexico. I have never had any problems at the border.

Since Dr. Corona closed his clinic in Piedras Negras
I have not been able to obtain the DMSO/Dorvasal which I have been taking for 16 years. I would really apprciate hearing from you with information on a source for obtaining this medication. I am beginning to feel stiffness all over and feel sure this is because I am not taking Dorval.

I visited Dr. Jesus Corona twice for treatment 17 years ago and ever since have been taking Dorvasal which I received through the mail. Since the clinic closed my orange pills(I took three per day) have finished and I am begining to feel stiffness everywhere. I have been inable to contact Dr. Corona's nurse, Marta Rodrigues and would be very interested to purchase these DMSO/Dorvasal pills again for myself.

I have been told Dr. Corona has closed his clinic in Piedras Negras as a result of the dangerous conditions for his patients in Mexico. Has anyone found a source for our magic orange pills?

I am a Naturopathic Medical Doctor in Tempe, Arizona. Some of Dr. Corona's former Rheumatoid Arthritis patients have learned about my practice since he closed his practice, and we are doing the same or almost the same procedure. I have not been able to find Dr. Corona to ask him, but according to his former patients, we are doing the same thing, and they are getting the same relief.

The white pill is called orfenedrina. I googled it, you can too. I also take the orange pill and have been going to Dr. Jesus Corona for 15 years. There is absolutely nothing better than the orange pill and the DMSO IV treatments for RA. I have taken many people there over the years for help and all of them are astounded at how quickly and well it works. None of these things are steroids. The U.S. medical community does not want Americans to know about this because Arthritis is a multibillion dollar industry. Dr. Corona actually treats several American Rheumatologists with his DMSO. But they are not allowed to tell their own patients about it, by law. Both my brothers (who were crippled with RA and had been getting awful toxic medications from their American Drs......) once they had gone to Dr. Corona, they never went back to their American Drs again. When I read comments on either the ARAF or the AMA websites having to do with DMSO, I laugh out loud. They have no idea at all what they are talking about. Every other 1st world country and many 2nd and 3rd world countries use DMSO for arthritis. Dr. Corona's DMSO is manufactured in Germany where it is widely used. Australia, England, Canada among others all use DMSO to treat many conditions. There are no side effects. That is a myth conjured up by the American medical community and the drug companies.....as if their drugs don't have deadly side effects! If anyone is interested in discussing this with me further about how to get the medication or make an appointment with Dr. Corona, I think I can pull it off. Although he is limiting his hours at his clinic these days, he is still interested in treating patients with the DMSO. I just got back from having a treatment in Tiajuana Mexico, (because I was already in San Diego). It was not nearly as potent as Dr. Corona offers....and he did carry the orange pill. I will check back here periodically to see if there is any interest. I do have Dr. Corona's telephone number and somewhere a mailing address in the states.
