Hi,
My current doctor has decided that it would be best to stop my monthly prescription for 30mg percocets. I have chronic back pain from skiing injuries and other sports related problems. I have never abused or taken more than was suggested. I never got "high" and was always able to work and interact with clients in a positive way. Now without the medication, the pain is becoming a distraction. Does anyone know a doctor who isn't scared to prescribe common pain killers. They are produced for a reason, but recent uptake in illegal abuse has made doctors uneasy with long term prescriptions? I live in the Philadelphia area (main line) but I am familiar with the greater Philadelphia metro area. Thank you and kind regards.

Very interested in helping been taking my meds correctly for 20 years my dr is retiring every place I call it's injections well I was a guinea pig for those injections in my neck by my jugular vein they only helped for about a day if I was lucky plus the shots where risky cause they could have hit my jugular vein. So I would be interested in being in group

Rsd. Is reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Where your nereservation miss fire go crazy and cause all kinds of pain, your skin becomes discolored, swollen, skin becomes different basically affects everything. Even when I take a shower have to be careful of the water bc temperatures does affect it. I feel like my right lowere extremity is on fire, pins and needles. Pain is horrible and it spreads as well over time. It occurs from an inju r y mine from having back surgery doctor made a mistake and fried my nerves so now my back is horrible severe nerve damage and rsd and other complications.

U obviously are lucky and don't live everyday in such pain you have no life at all and any type of life you can have is with medication that we truly need and no longer able to get bc the doctors in this field have become afraid of the dea.

Doctors like him make it hard for people like me to get my medication. I have chronic regional pain syndrome. Try living in the kind of pain I do, I hope you never have to. This condition has a very high suicide rate now I know why

This is ridiculous!What is with these so called doctors who will not help.I know so many people who are having this problem.Why make the medcation to help and not prescribe it?Not everyone is a drug addict!!!!! My husband has degenerative disc disease,herniated discs in lower back and sciatica with MRI. to prove this.Still he can not find anyone to help.There are days he can barely walk! What does one do he has tried exercise and epidurals -no help.The medical community is really f--ked up

Hey RC , Antman. please help. I need a dr who writes pain meds for percs. Im hurting so bad. Its insane. Im sick of these drs being so afraid to write. I have multiple pinched nerves,five messed up discs in my spine,nerve issues in my left leg. Please anyone if i can get a name ud save my life. The pain is so intense I cant take it anymore

I was cut off of my doctor because I had a person pressure me to sell him my pills. I told him that I don't do that so he and his family and friends called my doc and made up a bunch of lies so he discharged me. I was taking 400mg of methadone a day 4 30 mg oxycodone a day and 4 2 mg klonopin a day. I'm desperate to start being treated. I'm not able to play sports with my son and also having marital issues because my pain. please help

Ant man can you please tell me a doctor I had a great one and then there was a foul up with my insurance so they won't see me until they're paid which won't be for a month or more. I saw one doc recently who decreased ny pain meds and told me j have to take a muscle relaxer that doesn't work so I went back two weeks later to say I am used to taking 4-6 pills a day and the three you give me is not enough he told me to double the muscle relaxers and I am only allowed 3 a day or he is done with me. I am 27 in the middle if going through disability and can not work due to my conditions they are all legitimate and I need surgery not only in my back but both hands. I will go anywhere from philly to Exton area. I currently live in Chester county
