Discontinued Centrum Vitamin

About 5 years ago, I started taking a Centrum multivitamin which really worked for me. (Anxiety/Depression) I believe that it contained St. John's Wort. They discontinued the line and I have been trying to find out what was in it so I can try and find another vitamin which has the same benefits. any ideas?

Greenguy61, do you remember any specific details, such as the specific name of the formulation, or any markings on it? St. John's Wort is a supplement, it not considered a vitamin, or mineral, and would not usually be included in a nutrition supplement.

Though, I can say that the FDA does warn that some multivitamins may cause nausea, which I can confirm from my own experience with Centrum, they are excellent, but very potent.

Leo, those are just supplements, so there should not be a problem, but you should always check with your physician. What medications do you take for your diabetes, and hypertension?
