Hello I've been on high does opiates for injuries due to a terrible auto accident for 16 yrs to date. My doctor at my request prescribed my contrave. How long do I need to be off opiates before starting the contrave? I know people can take suboxone almost immediately. With the bupropion in contrave does it help stop pain from withdrawal effects of the opiates? ## You need to be in full withdrawal from the opiates, before you can take this, unless your doctor has instructed otherwise. Can I do a high protein /sometimes high fat / low carb diet while taking this med ?? ## Hi Lina - I'd be very careful - a drug label from the NIH states "Do not take CONTRAVE with high-fat meals. It may increase your risk of seizures." [1] If you are thinking of taking on a special diet with Contrave I would highly recommend working with your doctor on that since they can advise you of the risks and possible interactions based on your medical history. What are the side effects of Alli (Orlistat) made by Aurobindo? I'm curious because I have to go pee every 2 seconds and didn't have this problem before I took the medication. ## According to NIH, a "frequent urge to urinate" is listed as a rare side effect of Orlistat. I am actually overweight with no diabetes problem, but i was advised by a friend that glycomet would help me to lose weight very quickly. In your opinion, is it advisable? Hi, im 29 yrs about two years ago i had been prescribed Dronis 30 to help me balance my hormones as I have PCOS. I had a miscarriage last year (i wasnt taking this medicine that time but started again after a month). The problem is, if I stop taking this pill I start to gain weight rapidly! though it doesnt help me with weight loss but it keeps me balanced and prevents weight gain for sure. Now from last two months as soon as my 21 day packet finishes i start to bleed the very next day (usually it was after 5 days). I take oxycontin 20 2x daily,1 phentermine, mobic, xanax (on occassion) wellbutrin and hydrocodone 4x daily. I take all my medications just as.prescribed but the last 2 time j have gone in to see my doctor and taken my udt I have come pack positive for everything except my hydrocone. Why would I be getting a false positive result for this if I take every day as prescribed? Dr is now making accusations that I am selling or giving away my pain meds. Does redotex really work? I've been on them for 2 days and feel nothing. No changes at all except I feel really tired. Hi- I need some help ID'ing these pills my friend received from India. They were told that they were phentermine 37.5, but they don't look like anything I've ever seen. They are very small, circular, pure white (no blue bits or anything) with one cross hatch. The imprint is A above the line and 215 below. I'm a little concerned they may be oxy, but they aren't blue.
