I take them in the evening at bedtime and in the morning my glucose is almost as high as it was in the evening! Hi, my dad got his angioplasty done 2.5 months back with 2 stents. He is diabetic, has high blood pressure and operated for add closure in 1976. He was taking ramcor h and amlosafe 5 before the angioplasty. Post angioplasty his blood pressure medicine was changed to olmat 20 mg one at night and prolomet am 5/50 in the morning. His no was still high so the dosage was increased to Olmat 40 mg. But with this increased dosage he has to wake up for urinating several times at night. Also he has started getting swelling on feet. Dr said swelling is because of amlodopine in prolomet am. I spoke to the Dr and asked him to change the combination for blood pressure.
