this pill is round & white and is marked AM527 I have congestive hart disease and diabetes and c.o.p.d. I do not remember what this pill is for

Is the marking AN 627?

If so, this tablet contains 50mgs of Tramadol which is an opioid analgesic. So, it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
