You should really discuss this with your doctor. There are several factors in play here that could affect whether or not any given medication is safe for you to use.
For example, with active congestive heart failure, you can't use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, such as Ibuprofen, because they can cause more fluid retention.
There are also some medications that are used to improve heart function for other conditions, but aren't safe for someone with congestive heart failure.
