Clonazepam Help Me (Page 4)

I have always used the same brand of clonazepam. However they changed what is in the medication. I've been gravely ill because my body can't take the change. Now I want to not take it any longer because it's making me ill. How can I detox slowly if I don't have a decent batch of clo that agrees with me? If anyone has any real information please let me know. I'm ill feeling every day if I take it it makes me ill and get withdrawal If I don't take it I get still getting withdrawal.

Good morning Jacqueline, Hope you're feeling better today. I appreciate you trying to give me advise. But there is no need for me to lie to my doctor about anxiety. I do not take clonazepam for anxiety, I take it as a muscle relaxer and for nerve pain and my doctor understands that. While I had the good Sandoz clonazepam I was only taking a half of the 0.5mg a day and they have worked fine for years. It's Sandoz that changed what is in the medicine. I have some still left, prior to them abruptly changing the ingredients and they still work fine. However, with the Teva and the Qualitest I'm not only getting side effects but withdrawal because there's is of poor quality. And yes, with there's I do feel like I need the full 0.5mg but when I take more than the half I only end up getting very bad side effects. Sorry but you all just know half the TRUTH regarding the "FORMULA CHANGE" with CLONAZEPAM or any of the HUNDREDS THAT HAVE THEIR FORMULAS CHANGED EACH YEAR!

THE FDA GIVES pretty much free reign to most big Pharma in regards to ALMOST ANY FORMULA CHANGE IN THE PAST 10 YRS!

I'M STATING THIS BECAUSE IN 2015, in which (I'm sorry but I forgot which month, but that isn't what matters here at all!!) the MEDICAL PANEL FOR THE HORRIBLE DIRTY FDA ALREADY HAD A LAW JUST PUSHED THROUGH LAST YEAR THAT IS VERY CUT & DRY?

IT STATED THAT DR.S WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO WRITE A SCRIPT FOR ANY MED IN THE USA, UNLESS IT IS DIRECTLY LISTED ON THE BOX/LEAFLET FOR WHAT THAT EXACT MED IS INTENDED TO TREAT.

THAT MEANS THERE WILL BE VERY SOON & IT'S ALREADY BEING PHASED IN SOME STATES! DISGUSTING!

WITH SO MANY OF THE MEDS A LOT OF THE OFF LABEL WRITING OF SCRIPTS IS SOMETIMES A SIDE EFFECT, BUT ENDS UP BEING DISCOVERED That THAT SIDE EFFECT IS THE ACTUAL SYMPTOM AID IN ALMOST Half THE CASE'S THEY HAVE & WE HAVE KNOWN THIS. THAT'S WHY SO MANY OF US ARE SAYING WELL I TAKE clonazepam FOR WHAT THE COUPLE THINGS THE LABEL SAYS THAT IT WAS INTENDED FOR. IT DOES SUCK & 100% TRUE!

IN FACT IF U HAVE A CURRENT BY LUCK AN HONEST DR PRESENTLY, THEY WILL START TO WEAN U OFF THAT MED. U COULD BE TAKING IT "FOR OFF LABEL USE" AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT HELPS OR CHANGES THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE FOR YEARS.

There will be tremendous outcry, but unfortunately this is a fine deal! If by a certain date in 2017 DR.s haven't completely stopped prescribing THESE meds, THOSE PHYSICIANS DON'T GET A 2ND CHANCE. THEY HAVE THEIR MEDICAL LICENSE PULLED! I DEFINITELY KID U NOT! BUT THIS IS JUST CRUEL & UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT!

I'M JUST SURPRISED THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS SAID A THING? IT REALLY MAKES ME THINK THOUGH HOW OUR WHOLE MEDICAL SYSTEM HAS GONE TO CRAP.

THERE IS LESS THAN 1 MILLION M.D. IN THE USA & THEY ATE DROPPING LIKE FILES (RETIREMENT OR SOME TOTAL CSSH FOR SERVICE?)

VERY SAD BUT SO IS A TON OF OTHER THINGS I COULD BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT YOU NEVER HEARD OF? IT SOUNDS UNREAL? YET SO DO ALL THE OTHER THINGS.

A TON OF PEACEFUL PROTESTS WONT CHANGE A DAMN THING!

I hope SOMEONE READS THIS & TODAY WILL MAKE A LIFE CHANGING DECISION.

ANOTHER THING I'M POSITIVE IS THAT ONE OF THE SO CALLED REASONS FOR THIS NEW SO CALLED STANDARD Is that there are plenty MN of meds that will TREAT whatever u might have?? SMH. What a joke! You will also BE OFF THAT CLONAZEPAM FOR SURE, JUST HOW MOST BARBITURATES WERE PHASED OUT, SO WILL BENZOS!!

Sarah, I would not want you to lie. It just seemed like you were experiencing a lot of anxiety. As for as Klonopin helping nerve pain I haven't ever used it for that. I just have extreme anxiety along with chronic fatigue. I did take the first dose of the liquid paxil and with in minutes my chest was hurting and my blood pressure went very high. I guess my body has changed and I have became too sensitive to it just like by day 4 on Serzone it was like I was a drunk. I don't know if I told you earlier but I stopped the Teva generic adderall for 2 days and used some old pieces of Activist which had been recalled by the way, but the clencer is my mouth stopped burning for those two days. I can no longer get that brand and toward the end you never knew how the pill would react but I found out that Teva had bought them out anyway. I go back to the psy doctor on Monday and I will probably just go back with Shire I will just have to get a lower dose so I can sleep. Take care and let me know what your doctor says. But careful cause stopping that type of medication can cause sezuire. I am prescribed Xanax myself. I've tried lower the dosage and had a sezuire within a week. But one thing you can try is clonadine. Or atleast ask your doctor about them. Just don't stop taking it so you don't have a sezuire

I have been corresponding with Sarah since both of us have had bad experiences with different brands. I am not a doctor but Sarah is only taking .5 mg a day and I would think she is well below the seizure threshold. I was originally taking 1mg 3 times a day and then cut myself to 1 mg 2 x's a day. But I also got a bad batch of Klonopin that put me in the hospital overnight. My psy has prescribed 1mg 4 times a day but I try an only take 2. If you have been following Sarah an JD messages you would have seen I tried to get into Compass Recovery in Lafayette, LA for detox and was turned away with them saying I did not meet the criteria. To me that is the most unheard of things to happen to someone reaching out for help and being turned away. I have been using benzodiazepins for over 20 years all prescribe by my physician. I also have to take pain medications. I can't get off the Klonopin/Xanax by myself. I have gotten as low as .5mg a day but that is when I was able to tolerate one of the SSRI'S like Paxil. The detox center Compass Recovery was going to get their money, I had 2 insurances to pay for it but because I wasn't a street drug addict I wasn't important enough to get help. So I would like the world to know how this organization refused to help someone who needed it.

Hi Jacqueline, I am so sorry to hear that again now the liquid paxil isn't working for you and you had to stop taking the adderall. God willing, going back on the shire will be the answer. At least you're not suffering from bms any longer. My doctor's visit went fine. I got the Qualitest brand of clo. It's the least of the two evil meds. Luckily the pharmacy across the street from my doctor's office has three brands. Qualitest, Accord and Sandoz. And yes, the patient prescription info. given to me by the pharmacy clearly stated uses: nerve pain, claiming your brain and nerves so it's not off label. My doctor has xrays and mri showing the extensive damage in my spine and neck. I have scoliosis so far it's mainly affected my neck. The last xray shows that my top bones of my neck curves to the right. The xray tech. look a bit stunned when he notice how far right it goes. He told me that I needed to my finger there while he taking the xray. We need to keep trusting in God. God Bless, hope you will soon find a solution to your pain. Keep in touch.

I also have clonodine from a couple years back. That is a blood pressure medication that is often given to help with anxiety for people trying to withdraw. I have to check my blood pressure all during the day and even though I take a blood pressure med in the am & pm I have to take a piece of Clonodine when anxiety hits and increases my blood pressure.

I made a mistake when printing the Adderall logo. The AD 30 was the old Shire formula for IR. Teva's logo for name brand is dp 30

Hi Sarah, I never got your reply on what went on with your doctors appointment. Just like one of my messages that I sent to you. I text them on one of my messages to find out if it was everyone or just mine that was not being sent. They said they had to review for privacy. Anyway I wish I could say it's a good day but it's not. After I got the liquid Paxil it made me sick and now when I don't take it makes me just as sick with nausea. I go back tomorrow to psy doctor and I really need to get on something I can tolerate because he is going on vacation. But enough about my problems, I need for you to send another message about your doctors visit. I hope you got your meds straight and doing good. I had the info on Shire, it the complete list of Teva brand and generic I need. I went to their site but the part I get still list some ingredients and then just says other ingredients. I wish I didn't have to use Adderall at all. If I could just find an antidepressant that helps anxiety plus stimulate you enough to function I would do good. God Bless you for caring and Praying.

Dear Jacqueline, O Lord, I hope that you can get the right med tomorrow. Find out if your psy has a psy to replace him while he's on vac. I feel so bad that you haven't found the right med yet. These are the NDC #'s I got from my pharmacist on brand name adderall. She said that Teva makes the brand name.

1) NDC # 0555-0768-02
2) NDC # 57844-130-01

You may already have them but just in case you don't. Pls find out if your psy has a replacement dr while he's on vac.

Good morning Jacqueline, Sending you blessing, that all will go well for you today. Please tap on the ndc # I sent you yesterday. It brings you to an excellent website that gives you the inactive ingredients that you've been looking for, for Adderall. My dr's appt went fine. I've been on the Qualitest brand for while already and am doing okay. Not as good as on the old Sandoz but way better than the Teva brand. God Bless you.

Thanks so much for caring. Shire sent me a letter asking for all the things that happened to me when I use to be on there's in 2015. I think I got all the ingredients printed, I just wish I could have tried Sandoz generic IR. Shire is actually the best but it's only long acting. I was able to take a whole teaspoon of Paxil this AM and didn't get sick. Hopefully it will work in a few days for anxiety. Now I just have to find out which one of these meds I am allergic to. Thanks again for your prayers and support. So glad you got a good brand I may even try and find that here in Hammond.

Sorry about the second message but I have found from the NDC# brand 57844-130-01 and generic 0555-0974-02 that they do list the same ingredients. That being said there is no way I can tell how much of those ingredients is being used in each. While searching it showed one of the active ingredient of Dextroamphetamine Sulfate contained 50 inactive ingredients. They mostly all look like poison. So that was my hope that I would get a decent brand but it appears to be the same. Except brand is about 300.00 and generic less than a hundred. Take care

Hi Jacqueline, I said that the Qualitest are better than Teva. I said that they are okay. I didn't say that they are good. So please don't go by me. If the Sandoz 1mg is still good for you. You'd be better off sticking with them. Next month I'm going to try the Accord because they have the same inactive ingredients as Sandoz did. Thank God your liquid Paxil is working for you. Back from doctor, He wrote script for name brand Adderall and also added small dose of Lexapro to go with it. He wrote it for name brand because of bad side effects his patients have been having with generic. But my insurance don't want to pay for name brand Lexapro. As for as Allergist, first she said I had a very bad Sinus Infection, but she said she was going to go through my medication and look for anything she can test for to stop this burning mouth. Go to a different pharmacy if your in the United States. Most all pharmacys carry different brands of generics. Same goes for any drug that has generics. Try the actual brand name ones. I've been prescribed kpins and I know a lot of people who take them and I've never heard that. It's very interesting to say the least. How long ago did you experience this. If you want help use clonodine. It's non addictive and it really works well.
