When I woke up and got out of bed, the pain was not as bad but was now in the front Abdomen...I've decided to stop the Lipitor today...I will see my Dr. in a few days and explaine to him, and ask if he will prescribe Welchol for me... ## Has anyone had this problem with Lipitor, if so Please ...
For 6 months I visited my doctor who did angioplasty for me. On the 6th month my doctor prescribed me DEPLATT-CV (one capsule a day). On both of my legs below the ankle swelling occurs. Is it because of this capsule administered to me? It contains Atorvastatin which was discontinued by my doctor earlier due to the same problem (now experienced in legs) in my palm and fingers. In my case, I feel that the Atorvastatin component in DEPLATT-CV is the reason behind it. Has anyone else been met with such a problem before? WHAT IS THIS PILL ## I am not 100% sure, but I believe your pill is Simvastatin. I was not able to locate any pictures, I did however find that RDY is Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (Which makes your pill). You can notify them personally if you feel concerned at (888) 375-3784. I was told that I had failed or had a incomplete on a urine test for a job. I'm not sure what COC test is, the only drugs I take are prescribed. I have recently been taking two new medications: atorvastatin 40 mg, and lisinopril 10 mg, along with oxycodone + acetaminophen 5/325. On my recent urine test for oxycodone it came back negative for oxycodone. Could the new meds have caused this? ## Yes this is a big issue it has just happened to myself after 13year of never having an issue Lisinopril does in fact create a false negative. I am 41 years old. My triglycerides 225 (188), Cholestrol174 (159) LDL-114(110) and HDL-20(20R). Note with in the brackets are test dated 10-08-2010. My doctor advised me to take Fibator tablet containing atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate IP 145 mg. as regular course. Can Aztor 20 lower you platelet count? My platelet count was 281 last week and the only change in my medication was that I have been advised to switch from rose day 10 mg to Aztor 20. My platelet count in a span of 8 to 10 days has dropped to 128. Hello There.. I am a 41 years old male and i am more of an anxiety person. No medications at all. I regularly go for my Lipid Profile in every 3 or 6 months. And i use Lipicure 10mg tablet (Prescribed by my Doctor) whenever needed. 4 days back, I got a my Lipid Profile as Total Cholesterol 259 and Triglycerides 98. My doctor has asked me to start Lipicure 10mg again for a month. But i want to try for 15 days only. Is there anything to worry? Please help..
UpdatedI'm age 29. After my lipid test I got to know that I have low hdl cholesterol, that is 26. Knowing that I got tensed n suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks. My bp was 150/90, I was not able to sleep at all. Went to the Dr and he prescribed me ciplar 10 once in the morning and amixide h at bedtime. Now I'm a little bit better.
