I'm used to taking a fairly small pill, the most recent of which is yellow. Now I have been sent (mail order pharmacy) a much larger pale brick-red round pill with KU 262 written on it. The manufacturer's name is given as Osmotica(Kramers). Is this nifedipine? I see no reason why it needs to be so big and therefore I wonder if it is something else. My local pharmacist could not identify it !!!!!! Thanks John ## I was unable to locate KU 262, I did however locate KU 260 and 261. They both are round, red-brick colored, and they are Nifedipine.
