Swedish prescription for chest pain what is the English/American equivalent?

I am sorry, I cannot help you with that information. Medications from other countries are not as strictly regulated as those in the U.S. so information on them is very hard to find.

If you could find out what the active chemical in it is, I might be able to help, but otherwise, since I have no way of knowing what is in this, I cannot help you.
