Camber Pharmaceuticals Generic Percocet (Page 12)

Updated

Just got Camber Pharm generic Percocet at Walgreens instead of the Actavis brand. It's giving me an upset stomach and causing me to feel weird. Has anyone else had a similar reaction?

I had the same call and an email. I was told not to take it, and to use another brand. Accent makes the medication for Camber. This email I have came from Camber themselves when they knew how sick I was with my stomach. I felt like I may have been harmed when that email said not to take their Camber anymore.

I filed a protest with the insurance company I filed a protest with Walgreens got the district manager involved and now the order in a specific generic brand for me that I tolerate very well not that camper crap also be very careful with contrast dye google gadolinium it’s not a very good drug I have always had scans without it just an FYI be well

You have done everyone a service by this post about what a pill should never smell and look like. That info will be useful for a long time! Good sleuthing! Hope your stomach heals and you get piles of money for damage pain and sufferings. Seems you have a case with proofs. Good luck, Lil. God bless!

Who did the Fed ex come from? I dont know how they got my cell phone number; because I never gave it to camber the company. Also the one time I called Camber manufac in INdia, i used a landline. I dont think Im going to bother calling her back.

Thank for telling me about gadolinium. Ive had ct scans with contrast but I think theres a difference; although I got an upset stomach from it but went away. I think the ct contrast is different. I see the reason for contrast but i think I saw another alternative. Anyhow I really appreciate you giving that info. Believe me, I will be checking on an alternative or the exact need for the contrast. These scans are big money makers too. Everything they add (like the contrast); increases the price. I refused another CT; because they had done too many in a year. People have no idea of the years of radiation in one CT and Pet scans. Part of my reason for wanting an evaluation is to monitor lung cancer. I havent checked in 6 months. Hopefully, I will get good news as far as that.

Mine were 5/325 and they had blue dye. But they didn't look blue. They looked maybe a very light very powder blue. But when they got wet they were like smurf blue. It's got to be how they make them.

I hesitated to worry people but i think I should tell you something. Im in close contact with a pharmacist. She told me real recently that she thinks they are working at eliminating all opioids. Big pharma will take it over the cannabis industry and it will be in a pill form. Thats why the fight to stop legalization of the reputable cannabis clinics. I used cbd oil for about 6 months and I had basically cut the percocet intake in half. Im living on social security and it was so expensive that I had to stop. Insurance wouldnt approve it of course; because there in on it with the pharmaceutical companys. So is the FDA. The politicians get money from the pharmaceutical companys; so they dont care. The congressman I wrote to a week ago, has never responded. More generic junk as far as im concerned. What a corrupt mess. Plus some people cant handle cannabis. It gives anxiety and other side effects. You have to know what your doing with it and good business, know what there doing. Frankly the one i dealt with cared about me more than any Doctor ive been too. Anyhow, when I bought it, I would run out of money before the end of the month.

If that happens; you can bet that there will be tons of generic brands and name brand pure cannabis that will cost a fortune to by. Once again, only the privileged will benefit fully.

I called camber to complain and they took my info. I called my ins co, my dr, walgreens was very helpful, so was my dr. With my ins co, i had to get a number for the CEO before anyone would listen. The Indian woman from camber started asking me for WAY TOO MUCH personal info, so i just kept repeating I FELT FINE UNTIL I TOOK YOUR BRAND, it was the end of that call. I had increased back pain, due to probably ZERO oxy in it, or spoiled, palpitations, increased muscle pain, which i later found out was withdrawal type symptoms, GERD. I'm going to look for those papers she sent me and post up later. As far as GADOLINIUM i had an MRI yrs ago, prior to back surgery and it was as if someone had injected acid into me, i almost passed out in MRI tunnel, short of breath, the tech called for a DR and they brought the crash cart in, gave me two bags of fluids and LOTS of Benadryl. A few years later i had a hit/run car accident, i was the victim, and ER did an MRI, I refused GADOLINIUM. Er dr tried to PRESSURE me into it, i got my surgeon on the phone and he agreed with me. Google gadolinium and chuck norris, it's in the news because his wife had kidney failure as a SIDE EFFECT. SOME SIDE EFFECT.

I'm still trying to get a straight answer, watson was bought by actavis, the name BRAND percocet is not covered by my crappy obamacare, i would have to pay $2500 a month just for perc, in addition to my 1200$ per month premium, JUST FOR ME!!!! It's outrageous. Alvogen bought roxicet, best thing is to do a lot of your own research, and see what has the least complaints. My generic co-pay is TWO DOLLARS, so THEY, government, pharma, have a lot of us by the short hairs. I live in Florida, where any OPIOID RX gets looked at like your a criminal, and if u call a pharmacy to see what generic they carry its as if your asking for password to FORT KNOX. I feel so sorry for the Chronic pain patients who are too ill or pained to think logically and fight the SYSTEM for themselves. I'm trying to find a chronic pain support group in my area. Google fda orange book, its the bible of drugs, better than the PDR. Gotta go for now.

Mine were the same strength as yours. Difference was that mine had blue speckles. When you touched them your fingers turned blue. Crazy!

Re: Bella (# 220) Expand Referenced Message

Actually the National Institute of Health is feverishly working on medications that treat pain without the use of opiates... So says my doctor who's definitely in the know... He also said for the last 5+ years or so they've been creating opiate medications that have a huge reduction in oxytocin levels so they're less abusable because there's almost no euphoria which is where the major amount of your being able to tolerate pain comes from=high oxytocin levels=tolerating higher levels of pain. I'm on 4 times the amount of pain medication that I was on 5 years ago because of this. It has nothing to do with tolerance and everything to do with extremely low oxytocin levels. My own blood work is proof of this happening and how my doctor has documented this happening with his patients. The government and big pharma are both playing stupid as to the reformulated version of ALL narcotics causing very low levels of oxytocin. From amphetamines to opiates this has been done! Ask any ADHD or ADD patients how their stimulant medications are working... Most all will say it's not anywhere near as effective! Same with benzos and other sedatives... We're all being sold inferior quality narcotics because of drug abusers! You'd think some law firm would jump on this, but no one will! It's not because it's big pharma, but because the government is protecting them using their fake opiate crisis as the poster child of protection! This is definitely one of the biggest government scams of all time and it started just over 5 years ago.

The t194s are made in NJ USA by ENDO PHARM. CO., shipped to Camber who supplies them. I don't recall who owns Camber Pham. Co. The DEA has cut back the production of opioids by 20% this year, it could be a way around the cut back of opioids. This might help out.

Marv, If you have any information about alternatives to Gadolinium; let me know. Ive just been doing some checking but any lead would help; if you have minute. I want the scan to be accurate; because this is a long stressful procedure and dont want to repeat it. I will try to talk to a tech and one doctor I like. My tummy so sensitive now, I have to be careful. I read something about the affect of the dye on the brain. Also, if the machines are really up to date, they can use a lower dose. Id like to think that UCLA is but I just dont assume anything anymore.

According to my pharmacist here in Florida the Actavis was made in Puerto Rico and shipped to New Jersey for distribution and the last hurricane is what caused Walgreens to have to see another brand. He had no idea when production may resume or if they had other sites on the west side of the country? My Dr gave me a script for Marijuana and it turned out to be a synthetic THC the most awful stuff and insurance does not cover.

My pain specialist did as I requested and didn’t send in to Walgreens the electronic prescription for my Percocet generic so that I can shop around to find a pharmacy that carries anything but Camber. I’ve been sick from the Camber generic ever since my first prescription fill with it on January 10th. I had to go through stool sample tests at the hospital — all of which came back negative for bacteria and parasites. I took a round of antibiotics to try to clear up the gastrointestinal problems I’ve had from it from the onset. And I’m now on an inhaler to deal with the wheezing and creaking the Camber causes me.

I wrote to the corporate office of Walgreens yesterday to tell them what this generic has cost me big time both physically and financially, along with how it appears that my twenty-year, four-state loyalty to them is now at a crossroads. If I can find a different Percocet generic in this area I’m in, I’ll be taking my new prescription there, followed by my seven other prescriptions. When what they carry damages the quality of my life, rather than improves it, it’s an absolute no-brainer about what I have to do. I have no choice but to move on. My job now is to track down a pharmacy which I can rely on not to sell me poison.

Re: Spark (# 8) Expand Referenced Message

Walgreens is only dispensing Camber Percocet and I am changing to another pharmacy..I have felt awful on these..Not much pain relief, extremely weak and other changes in the way I feel..Been on pain meds for numerous problems for several years and made it to 76 years of age...Have never felt this bad...Feels as if I'm having withdrawals..This totally is not human for us that really need them to have a life at all that we can tolerate..Sorry to ramble on, but I'm old and tired of this crap..What do people do now?? Gona' be more deaths than usual from illegal drugs..Some one (the drug dealers) will get richer and more folks will die...Good old USA.

My solution at Walgreens was to get oxycodone by itself and also buy tylenol and create my own blend. They still sell oxycodone without tylenol not made by camber.
