Camber Pharmaceuticals Generic Percocet (Page 13)

Updated

Just got Camber Pharm generic Percocet at Walgreens instead of the Actavis brand. It's giving me an upset stomach and causing me to feel weird. Has anyone else had a similar reaction?

Re: Bella (# 233) Expand Referenced Message

Sorry bella no info on replacement for GAD, although they will probably tell u to premed with benedryl. BS

Imho i would not do that. IF They see something on scan without GAD, than decide if u want with GAD, although your insurance will hassle u to pay for only one scan... It sucks when your insurance DICTATES your healthcare choices

New numbers are in about the number of opioid deaths which were blown out of proportion by FAKE NEWS of being 52,000 a year. 37% were from cocaine and methamphetamine, over 5000 suicides and another 5000 undetermined intent. The majority of what's left were from heroin and illegal fentanyl. Opioid prescriptions were on the decline before the Government, State, Health Insurers and chains like CVS were putting limits on opioids (boycott CVS). It is estimated that opioid use will be at 1999 levels (almost two decades) in a couple of years. Heroin and illegal fentanyl deaths are rising sharply but you don't hear about that from the fake news and you don't hear about pain meds being changed to be less effective for pain relief while people suffer from debilitating pain reducing their quality of life! I'm over 70, a vet and I can hardly walk, cant take care of myself or my home anymore because of pain. SO MR. GOVERNMENT you can kiss my ass and stick your fake news and your fake pain pills where the sun don't shine.

Thank you for responding Marv. Im going to call the imaging centers and drill them with some questions. I did see some other contrast options. Also when considering where am at, the absolute need for it. The amount they use according to weight. Believe Im not going for it until I feel comfortable. I also read that if the equipment is state of the art; its not necessary. I have to check that again. I know one thing, they really collect more from insurance if the contrast is used. Dont have the figures available but if you google;MRI chest, abdomen and pelvis cost with and without contrast, its another shocker.

I had a pulmonologist tell me that oncologist loved to do scans. Interesting for them to see the with and without contrast. I wish had known that before they had done an excessive amount of ct scans w/wo contrast in one year. That was a harmful amount of radiation to subject a patient to, who was not in treatment.

Re: Bella (# 246) Expand Referenced Message

Oh my gosh Bella. I'M so very sorry. I had a myleogram 7 years ago and it shut my body down. The next 5hing I knew, I had code blue all around me.,That's when I discovered I was allergic to dyes and iodine. I firmly believe the dyes on my T194 Percocet ( camber) 10 mg... We're so posion to me. They were suppose to be light yellow but my doctor confirmed that the different colors in the consistency. Some were almost white. I was told that it appeared the dye wasn't even mixed correctly. My stomach is still so very bad. All I smell is vinegar these days because I can't get the smell out of my nose and mind. I've got 20 left in my lockbox ( thank gosh) if I ever need to produce them to the correct people, but I'm sorry u went through that. I will never take another pull from them as long as I live. I cannot believe I can't eat my normal food still. Been back on actavis for a while now. Those camber turned a bright orange when wet and no score on them at all. I hope u are ok...

I wonder how my pharmacist was able to order my actavis 3 weeks ago if this happened? Everything seems so strange doesent It? They evidently got a fresh bottle from somewhere.

Re: nomas (# 232) Expand Referenced Message

Accent pharmaceuticals makes the pills for Camber. All out if India. I want American made when it comes to putting medication in my body. Those 10 mg. Camber just about killed me. Never again.

Re: nomas (# 232) Expand Referenced Message

Nomas, I forgot to add in my post that camber has an an office in NJ. as u said but evrtytime I have called that office, I can only get people from India to speak with. It makes me truly wonder if that's just an office that receives them from India. I sure may be wrong but how can an American made medication do the harm it did to me and many of us. I honestly don't think my stomach will ever get better. My dinner,... sugar free vanilla ice cream. All this is so messed up and we the disabled, chronically ill, in major chronic pain should be the first to know anything about this.

Oh good Lord in heaven. Maybe the strong vinegar in my 10 mg camber bottle in my lockbox is mold which I'm also extremely allergic too. I'm scard to open it and see. Marv, anyone with common sense would have thrown those out. Don't u rhink?? That makes my skin crawl.

I forgot, are you back on the Actavis? I know my stomach was still acting up. Something I'm doing that might help yo -. Buy some fresh ginger. You can keep it in the freezer, take some out and in about 10 minutes cut some slices (ahead of time); put a couple in your tea or just hot water with honey and let it steep. There are all kinds of instructions on the net. Google "Health benefits of Fresh Ginger" and there are a lot of links. Very good for your stomach. I'm feeling better after about 4 days of using it. Also, curcumin (turmeric) is very good for inflammation. Maybe some milk thistle for your liver. Anyhow, hope it helps. If you have Trader Joe's (or any market) near you, they sell little packs of it.

Throw away billions of dollars. No self-respecting pharmaceutical company would do that, scum that they are.

I'm having the same problems.
I've been having a lot of headaches since I've been taking them. I'm not sure if they may have anything to do with it,
But it also doesn't seem to work with pain like the actavis from Walgreens.

In AZ. Same side effects. Also bottle smells like vinegar. I thought they gave me the wrong medication. Headache, lethargic. Reminds me of when you take Prednisone. Have been on a low dose 2 pills 5/325 per day. Filled on March 5th at Walgreens Blue speckled pills. Called Walgreens. They said they cannot give out information about manufacturers over the phone and cannot order anything specific. The only thing they could do was put a note in my profile that I can only take Activis. So I’m stuck until my next refill on April 4th. I have to go in the store and ask before filling. They also wouldn’t tell me if they would be only carrying this brand in the future. Trying to fill at Kroger was a nightmare the month before. Tech kept telling me they never received the electronic script. Called my doctor back said they sent it over. Called Kroger still said they didn’t have it. Called the dr. office back. She told me yes they do have it. The dr office knows because she said they get a confirmation from Kroger when they receive it. She put me on hold and called the pharmacy. She said the pharmacist said they were already filled and ready. No joke called Kroger (store is called Frys in Az) and once again she told me they never received the escript. I told her I called the dr and they told me not only did they receive it but it was ready. She put me on hold then low and behold came back on the phone and said yes their ready. What the hell was that. Now I’m afraid to go back there although I have a hard prescription this time for April 4th. Sorry for the long post but I am so fed up trying to get these pain meds every month. Now to get something that doesn’t work and bad side effects is ridiculous. I swear the government is trying to kill the older population. I’ve never posted on any site in my life but thank all of you for your information regarding these awful pills.

Re: Fed Up (# 257) Expand Referenced Message

Im so sorry :( U too have a bottle that smells like hard cider " vinegar " and we even have different strengths. No one in the world can convince me this is normal for taking a medication. Never on my life have I smelled any type of medicine that came close to vinegar.. My bottle locked up is extremely strong. It hasn't been opened in 3 weeks. I'm scard to smell it now but I may have to use it one day to show why my stomach may be do bad. I'm so hope u don't get long term stomach problems. This is a crying shame for us already suffering 24 hours a day
