Will using valum have any affect on Warfarin? ## I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between the two, but you should check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. Were they both prescribed by the same doctor? It is actually not safe to try to break down any medication and inject it, which isn't intended to be used that way. Tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body, normally they are just expelled in your waste. When you break down the tablet and inject it, you are putting these fillers into your body in a manner in which it cannot process them out. Last night my boyfriend and I were both reaching for the TV remote to shut off the TV and bumped heads pretty hard. Full disclosure: I had a few drinks. It hurt for a minute, and then I forgot about it. This morning I woke up with a dull headache, but on the opposite side of where we hit heads. I've also felt like I've been in a fog all day at work, and the dull headache has stayed, maybe even feeling more like pressure. The spot where I got hit is tender to the touch but otherwise fine. Hello, I took 20 mg xarelto after doctor in hospital had found clot in my lung 2014 that mean Dr kept gave me 20 mg dose for everyday. So my question I should taking 10mg instead of 20 mg? Why is my tongue dark red as if it's bleeding in the morning after taking xarelto the night before? ## Do you taste blood in your mouth, or is your tongue just red? It has been known to cause bleeding of the gums, and nose bleeds, according to FDA reports. It could also be due to ecchymosis, wich is another listed side effect, it is a discoloration usually caused by bleeding under the skin that has caused bruising. Does the discoloration remain all day, or does it eventually go away? Are you on any other medications? Have you experienced any other side effects? Since starting Eliquis about 2 months ago I have painful circulation problems in my feet when first getting up in the morning which last sometimes several hours. I am 77 years old so not sure if this is just an aging issue, but it didn't exist before Eliquis. I had been on 325 mg aspirin for about 9 years with no problems for permanent Afib. My cardiologists say that because of my age and being female I should be on an anticoagulant to be more protected against stroke. I know these work different on blood thinning than aspirin did and wonder if my body is not adjusting to the different mechanism. I have been taking xarelto for about three months. I have suddenly been seeing a lot of blood in my urine. My urine is now bright red. It has been this way for about three weeks. I also have pain in my kidney area and lower back. I went to my urologist and he took a scan looking for a kidney stone which came back negative. He is going to do another scan with contrast. I have seen that side effects of xarelto can be kidney problems, blood in the urine, and pain in the kidney area. Since I started taking Eliquis I find it very hard to sleep. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? ## That can be a normal side effect of this medication, according to NIH reports. Hi. I suffered pulmonary embolism last August and am lucky to be here today. Both lungs were affected but I'm way ahead in my recovery. I'm taking 3mg of sintrom per day and I'm wondering why my inr is only 1.8? When taking Eliquis as an alternative to Warfarin, I was bleeding from nose, kidneys and bowels with black stools and copious bleeding from a slight scratch. Also easy bruising with purple bruise marks. I have now stopped taking this medication and all bleeding stopped, but there is a lingering effect of purple bruising.Will I ever recover from this? Fortunately I have had no other major side effects but I shall never take this medication again. Small round orange pill maybe light brown and 41 on one side with nothing on the other side. ## This tablet is manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 75mgs of Clopidogrel, which is most commonly used to help prevent blood clotting. I take Eliquis. Side effects: I have Periphial neuropathy, thinning hair atrophy of mucus in arms, weak legs, depression, insomnia, bad balance, bruise easily, dry skin, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stiffness in morning, pain in legs in the morning. ## According to FDA reports, it has been known to cause some of these symptoms as side effects, such as the pain, high blood pressure, and easy bruising, but not most of the others. Are you on any other medications? How long have you been taking it? It's really impossible to say how any given medication will actually affect anyone that tries it, since we are all different.

I'm on Xarelto, 20 mg daily for dvt. Noticed small bruises on back of leg with bruising around ankle. Trying to increase walking daily. Hi, I've been on xarelto for nearly 3 weeks. I started of with pressure & pain in the head then that went away. Then got abdominal pain, then that went away. Then burning in my upper back that went away and now my legs have a burning sensation from my calf to foot and some muscle pain in my shoulder and arms feel like they've been bruised but no visible sign of bruising. My name is Suman Rastogi. I am about 51 years old I underwent Bentall's Surgery in November 2012 since then I have been taking tablet warfarin 4 mg daily. My current INR is 2.87. Now I have problem of severe bleeding for several days during menses. Biopsy of my endometrium has also done its report is non cancerous. Now I have been taking Registrone 10 mg b.d. for about 21 days but still has problem of mucus with small amount of blood. How long I can take registrone 10 mg.
