I am taking 20mg of Lisinopril per day. However, I am on a diet and with the reduced amount of food I eat the Lisinopril upsets my stomach. Is there a time-release form of the 20 mg Lisinopril pill? ## Hello, Tom! How are you? Have you tried making sure to take it with a meal and not on an empty stomach? Can Prazosin make someone feel high, and what kind of high would it be? Because I am feeling something after every time I take it. ## Hi Kayluh - Well, this is a blood pressure drug, so what you are feeling sounds more like a side effect of the medication. Hi . I went to the GP..regarding my high blood pressure. And i suffer from insomnia. He suggested i take trepiline. 10mg. Just to manage my sleep it did nothing for me being taking it for 5 days. I have been taking Metoprolol 50 mg twice daily for about two years and my pulse was usually around 67 or 68 . The last few days my pulse has been 51 to 56 , I have been very dizzy . What is stronger: Propranolol 20mg or Oxycontin? ## Hi rose, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but Propranolol and Oxycontin are two completely different medications. One is for high blood pressure and one is for pain relief, so there's really no logical way to compare their efficacy. You also can't compare two medications without knowing the dosage of both of them. I took Metoprolol Tart for 2 months, June - July 09 and my heart rate dropped drastically, admitted to hospital with chest pains, breathing difficulty, dizziness, disoriented, head ache, suicidal/homicidal thoughts, heart rate was 32 bpm. I started taking 10 mg of Norvasc 4 days ago and my feet & ankles were swollen to capacity. They almost hurt and they felt very hot. It was given to me for high blood pressure. ## This is one of the bad side effects of the drug. I've been taking Norvasc for almost 6 years now. It had the same effect on me and I can only take 5 mg. a day without the swelling. I have also developed a rash on my lower legs as well and was told by a dermatologist that it could be from the medicine. I took 1 .25mg of metoprolol succinate 48 hours ago and have not taken another one since. how long does it stay in your system before it's totally gone? thanks! ## It ought to be gone now. LOSARTAN REALLY CAUSED MONTHS OF ILLNESSES. I BEEN TESTED FOR ALOT THINGS AND CAME OUT FIND. I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT IT'S THE LOSARTAN AND I IMMEDIATELY WENT OFF. I WAITING FOR BETTER DAYS ALREADY AFTER JUST A FEW IT SEEMS BETTER. WILL SEE THE EXHAUSTION, SHORTNESS OF BREATHE AND MUSCLE SEVERE UPPER MUSCLE FATIGUE HAS JUST BE SO BAD. I AM DONE!
