How high has it been going up? What times of day are you checking? Has it been after you've eaten, or engaged in activity?
This tablet is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Are you on any other medications?
Did you still take your medication while on vacation?
