Are all Generic created equally. I was taking the generic Amlodipine Besylate that was Blue with A9 on front an M on back. Latest refill is a white pill with G58 on front an 5 on back. After 3 days it appears that it is not working as well os the other one dir. So again are all generics created equally. ## Unfortunately, no. I'm a 76-year-old diabetic female with blood pressure that is difficult to control. I was originally put on Atenolol 50mg until my medication was changed to Telmisartan + Hydrochlorothiazide (Telma-H). Right now my blood pressure is constantly changing. Please advise.
