I suffer from mysatheina gravis. I've been having a lot of trouble with my blood pressure being very high / out of control, with a low pulse. Now I've been told i need a pacemaker and I think i need a new blood pressure tablet. Can you make any suggestions? I'm 70 and my blood pressure has always been irregular. Now I've been told I've got a heart block. My myasthenia can cause bradicrdia. I currently take Amlodipine. Can anybody suggest alternative meds?

I am an Old Female Patient Age 81suffering from ILD (Interstices Lung Disease) and R.Arthritis. Having Predmet Since Last 4 Years With Varying Doses (16mg To 6mg) as per Doctors advise. Since last Six Weeks Dose of Predmet reduced to 4mg daily. In addition to General Weakness and Blood Sugar Disorder (which Is due to Predmet according to my Doctor), I am Suffering from Short Time Memory Loss during last 6 to 8 Months. Other Medicines taken are Ramistar5, Volibo03mg, Minipress XL5mg, Aztor20, Shelcal500 daily. Have BP 120/80 more Or less uniform Also Take Idrofos 150mg 1 Tab /month . I am taking this pill since 2 years for mild high blood pressure and hypertension. Is there any harm in the prolonged usage of this medicine? ## i am taking aten-25 tab for 6-7 years for mild blood presure and migrane, before taking this medicine i was in headche condition with3-4 days in a week, but when i started this i never fill like that now from 5 years i m regularly using this , i m ok , no side iffects, no headches. my b.p is also normal,some times i feel very light headche,i got cheked dr. ,my bp was 130 in that period.

I take amlovin daily at night, i know for what purpose want to take daily, ## Why are you taking something if you don't know what it is for? That sounds pretty sketch to me, as I cannot locate any medication by the name of Amlovin. I can only guess that you might be referring to Amlodin. I have been advised by my Doctor for Nabistar H 1 Tab a day,instead of Amlopress AT was taken earlier. There was a belief in my mind that by taking Amlopress my both joints were gicing sever pain. My current status of BP IS 140/92. I AM 59 Years old.is this right tab ? Yes my son had these pills a peach color pill z 2083, it was like 75mg. Are these usually abused, and how dangerous is it? Should I take him to doctor or punish him? ## Hydrochlorothiazide is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act either. Unless your son is experiencing weird side effects after taking the pill, I wouldn't think he would need to go to the doctor. Does your son have high blood pressure? I had my Tthyrod removed; know the Dortor has me on Levothyroxin 50cg tab. my question to you Is what happens when my plus gose up and my bloodpreasure gose Down? ## Have you asked your doctor these questions? They would be the best person to advise you on these types of things, as well as your other treatment options. They should also be monitoring you, regularly, to check for these types of problems. As to your pulse going up, when your blood pressure goes down, this is a normal occurrence, because if your blood pressure is going too low, your heart has to work harder to compensate and keep the blood pumping through your body. What you really need to discuss with your doctor are what readings are dangerous and when you should seek medical attention.
