Hydrocholorothiazide Z 2083 Abuse?

Yes my son had these pills a peach color pill z 2083, it was like 75mg. Are these usually abused, and how dangerous is it? Should I take him to doctor or punish him?

Hydrochlorothiazide is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act either. Unless your son is experiencing weird side effects after taking the pill, I wouldn't think he would need to go to the doctor. Does your son have high blood pressure?

It's not anyone's say so except yours, to state whether or not you should punish your own kid for his actions. From an outsider's perspective it might be a good idea to sit down and have a talk with him to get some answers. In the end, he will tell you what he wants to tell you, but being open with him will allow him to open up to you easier if that is the case.
