I have been taking Clonidine for two weeks now and my BP has been controlled at 135/80, but the last two days my BP has been checking 170/95 160/90 and then it checked back to 135/78. Im a 33 year old woman. I was just prescribed .1 mg of clonidine for OxyContin withdrawals. I have bend using Oxy's for about 2 years now. The clonidine seem to be working and I have weined myself off from 60mg a day to 20mg. But now the next step is to go off completely. I need to know how long they last in your system. My pharmacy refilled my Teva Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg with Metoprolol manufactured by Aurobindo. I've taken Teva Met Tart for 4 years with great results and no side effects. After taking 50mg Aurobindo Metoprolol Tart, the side effects were immediate. The Aurobindo Metoprolol 50 mg tab did not bring down my BP and it kept climbing. The first one is a round white tablet with GG 296 on it. That is Loratadine 10 mg (NDC 0781-5077). i have been on 12.5mg of ramipril each day for the past 2 and half years. We have now got a new doctor in our practice and he says that it is a too high dosage for me and now has put me on 10mg of ramipril and 5mg of amlodipine. Could the high dosage of rampipril caused anything to me, i have my blood pressure checked every three months and bloods done every six months or can it do anything to me in the future. ## That's actually not a really high dosage, it can go up to 20mgs a day for hypertension. My fiance has pills in a prescription bottle that are not the pills that belong in them. I am wondering if I should be concerned. Since they are in a different bottle than what they came in. is the medicine amlodipine besylate medicine time released. ## Hi Barbara, Usually if a medication is time-released it will have one of the following abbreviations at the end of the drug name: XL, ER, SR, or perhaps some other similar notation. From my experience, if a label doesn't actually specify that it's time released in such a way, then it would probably be safe to assume that it's not. Found a small octagonal white pill, no coating, NN on one side, letters separated by a single score, and 5 on opposite side in my sons room and just wanted to see what it is before talking to him about it. Never seen a pill like this in Canada. Help! ## I just found 1 if the same in my kitchen floor and no one in my household is perscribed this. My 50 lb dog ate Lisinopril tablet. Will it hurt her? ## I'm sorry, but I don't know what most human medications will do to animals. Many human medications are also used in dogs and since Lisinopril is used to help lower blood pressure, it could have an effect on hers and may make her ill. Have you contacted a vet? You should definitely watch for signs of problems, such as lethargy and vomiting. ## My dog about 80 pounds got my bottle of lisinopr/hydrochloride hiazide tab 20-25mg.
