After using it for 8 days I got dizziness, frequent urination and a light strain on my right side. So I consulted my doctor and am now taking Telsartan 40. My BP is now 120/80. How long should I use 40 mgs for? Can I reduce to 20 mgs? Please advise. I found a small round white tablet marked C 14 in my house and would like to find out what this pill is used for. The reverse side has a notch in it. ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is identified as Benicar (olmesartan) 20 mg; used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Manufacturer: Sankyo Pharma National Drug Code (NDC): 65597-0103 NOTE: This pill however, is white and round with "C 14" on one side and "SANKYO" on the other. Has anyone experienced migraine headaches while taking Amlodipine? ## No headaches but watched my blood pressure increase up to 200/95 immediately after it was swallowed. In the beginning it was okay but they changed manufacturers and who knows what inactive ingredients were added. Quit taking it and now only take Brand name Dyazide 37.5mg/25 mg capsule once a day in the morning same time every day. I even tried brand name NORVASC (amlodipine besylate) and that increased my blood pressure up to stroke levels. ## I have had no problem with Amlodipine. I too just received the refill for my Mom's 10 mg Lisinopril tabs from Lupin Pharmacy,and have discovered they are half the size of the ones she has been taking for years. She is 93 years old, is very feeble, and uses a walker to get around. I am extremely concerned about whether or not to give her these new pills as I have read all the side effects people are experiencing. If she was to get dizzy or lightheaded the results could be disastrous. Is urbanol safe to take if your suffering from hypertension and did not take your hypertension meds for that day, for hypertension im currently on 8 mg Perindopril.
