What can happen if i accidently take watson 407 pill? ## Hi, Sally! This is a 10mg Lisinopril tablet, it's an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. If you only took one, you shouldn't run into any major issues, unless you're allergic to it or have a severe health condition that it could cause problems with, but you should call your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. But with just one, you may experience some side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and headache. Do you usually take Lisinopril?

Are there contraindications when combining grapefruit with Clonidine 0.3 and Spironolactone? ## Based on my research neither of these medications list interactions with grapefruit, so you should be fine having the two together, unless otherwise stated by your doctor for some odd reason or another. Both medications however, do list interactions with alcohol. So as long as you stay away from that, all other food and beverages appear to be fair game. :) You can learn more about this drug on the page for Clonidine Details You can learn more about this drug on the page for Spironolactone Details I hope this info helps!

Taking 10mg. Amlodipine per day. Doesn't seem to help. Can I take more? ## Generally, I'd recommend discussing any dose related questions with your doctor, since he/she prescribed you a certain amount for a good reason. However I did come across some prescribing information for this drug, stating that the usual adult dose for hypertension is 5mg orally once a day, as an initial dose; and 5 to 10 mg orally once a day as a maintenance dose. Since you're already taking 10mg, talking to your doctor may still be something you'd want to go ahead and do; to find out if an increase above the "usual adult dose" is appropriate for your condition, and more importantly, safe for you. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amlodipine Details I hope this helps!
