Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension and dehydration. Are there any other questions or concerns?

Would a Dr prescribe isosorbide to replace lisinopril or could it be in addition to lisinopril as one is for blood pressure and the other for chest pain? ## Hello, Martin! How are you? In this case the best thing to do would be to ask the doctor. The answer could go either way and we'd just be guessing. However, a simple call to their office should provide you with a fairly fast answer. They are frequently prescribed together, but that really depends on the diagnosis. What exactly are you being treated for?

Dizziness, fatigue etc. by taking the pill before bed so sleep through half a days worth of issue. I've tried several other meds that I could not tolerate so I've wanted to stick with losartan.
