Both of my kidneys are polycystic. My mother had it and two brothers have it. My BP was not rising, as far as I know, unless very unusual circumstances. One doctor near my town prescribed me Olmin 20 LN. Which contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg and Cilnidipine 10 mg. Nephrologist doctor also said no problem. But when I read side effects of Olmesartan, it includes rising Serum Creatinine which I recently experienced, may be due to an unsuitable diet for my kidneys or may be for starting Olmin 20 LN. Should I stop it? I am taking homeopathic medicine for kidneys and a restricted diet. So I think of stopping Olmin 20 LN? Please guide. ## It would best to consult your doctor and not stop the medication, without their approval and supervision. These types of medications are often prescribed...

I took 25 mg atenolol around 3 pm. And forgot I did. I took another tablet around 7 pm. I am worried. My doctor told me doesn't seem to be dangerous. I asked how low can by pulse go. He said it depends on how I feel. My pulse is oscillating between 49 and 55. My blood pressure was lower than normal. But now it is ok. It is just my pulse. I am afraid to sleep for fear of my pulse going to low. ## Hello, Maria! How are you? Did it go any lower? Most people do take 50 to 100mgs a day, so that isn't a dangerous dose, unless you'd be allergic to it, or your heart rate would drop too much.
