for hypertension patient, the drug of amlodipine besilate is any different of amlodipine besylate ???

No, they are the same, just different spellings of the specific chemical salt that the medication is derived from. Some countries use the I, instead of the Y in words like this.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
