This tablet is manufactured by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 16mg Atacand tablet, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
