The pills are in blister packs and on the back of the blister pack is stated" mon" "tues' etc. What are they for? ## Need more information from the tablet. Identify the numbers or letters on the pill it's self. But sounds like birth control tablets. ## Could also be a 24 hour extended release analgesic; blister packs of JURNISTA hydromorphone and MXL morphine also carry the days of the week. There is no alternative to visiting a pill identification site, though why it is not possible to tell from the blister which should carry both brand name and drug name is a mystery to me.

I am 19 years old and have been on Lo Loestrin FE for 19 months. I stopped taking the pill at the end of January. I never missed a period while on the pill, but now I have not gotten a period since the very beginning of January, so i've missed 2 cycles. I am wanting to try have a baby soon with my husband; however, I know I need to have a few normal cycles first. Is there anything I can do to get my body back to regular? ## Hello, Bailey! This is my first time using birth control, so everything is still very new to me. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex for the first time eight days after I started taking the pill, and that was the first time he ever finished inside of me. Throughout the month I've been experiencing mild to severe cramping in my lower abdominal area and in the first couple weeks, nausea...the nausea has subsided slightly, but is still there every now and then. I just started lo loestrin fe and my first pack i got had 24 brown pills and 1 blue pills and 1 white pill. I just finish that pack and now im on the second pack and its different its almost all blue. Does anybody know whats going on. ## Hello, Krystal! Are you sure they are exactly the same? I know one of these was recently discontinued and replaced with a generic that has the same dosage of the same ingredients.

I've taken this pill for a full two months and today I will be on my 8th pill of my third month packet. My first month of this I had a random period in the middle of the month and at the end of the month I only had brown discharge. At the end of my second month packet, I had a 4 day long period, but it started on my second white pill, not after or between my two brown pills. Then 7 days after my period ended, I had random bleeding. It was all at once, about the size of a donut hole. It was not clumpy and was a dark reddish brown color. It seems like it will be done by tomorrow (random bleeding midday Friday, most likely will be gone by saturday). I did have intercourse in between the end of my period and now. I have my first fitness bikini competiton in 2 weeks. My obgyn would like me to start on lo loestrin starting today because of severe severe cramps that need to be dealt with. However, I'm nervous that I could gain weight right before my competition after months and months of strict dieting and 2 a day workouts. The obgyn said that I would not start my period in 2 weeks (I'm scheduled to start the day of my completion) which would be great considering how severe my cramps are. I have been taking lo loestrin fe for over a year now. I stopped in December and started again this last march. I was never good at taking my pill on time. I haven't taken my pill at the same time at all in march. I was either a few hours late or taking two the next day. Me and my boyfriend had a lot of unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of me. I was suppose to get my period yesterday but didn't know if taking the pill would change when I got my period. I did have very light bleeding but not enough to wear a tampon. Only when I went to the bathroom and wiped it seemed like there was brown discharge. Am I pregnant?

I have been on loestrin 24fe for about 8 years now. I loved it. No period and no problems with weight gain. Now that I have had to switch I am moody and gaining weight. Both medications are said to contain the same active ingredients (norethindrone acetate + ethinyl estradiol + ferrous fumarate), so I'm thinking any noticeable differences (that may be having a negative effect) could probably be found in the list of "inactive ingredients" - otherwise known as binders/fillers. Your cycle will adjust accordingly. However, if you start them any time past the 2 day of your period, you will need to take them for a full 7 days, without forgetting any, before you are protected from pregnancy, so for that first week, you'd need to use a backup method of contraception. I *always* take my pill on time. Well, around 11:58-12:02. I try my best to take it at 12:00. My boyfriend doesn't come when we do it but my doctor told me I could still get pregnant. I have an overgrowth of bacteria that is common in pregnant women, but when I went to the doctor, they took a test and said I wasn't pregnant. I have PCOS and my doctor prescribed Loestrin for me to regulate my periods ( I was getting maybe 2 a year). I was on Loestrin 24 Fe for about 3 years until they discontinued it. I didn't hear anything about it being discontinued so when i picked up my new pack and saw that it said Minasterin 24 i did my research. I figured out what happened and heard that it was pretty much the same thing so i started taking it thinking "why not?". It most definitely is NOT the same thing. is it possible to get pregnant even if you are on the pill. i am currently using femilon and i have to confess that i accidently forgot the 13th number pill and took 14th pill instead of 13th dose on the same that day. Hi guys! I have been taking Lo loestrin Fe for four months now. I have had a normal period in these months. They usually come 2-3 days early and are light. But this month I did not get a period and I am now 6 days almost seven days late. I have however, had spotting for the last couple of days but only in the morning for an hour and at night for around 30 minutes. I asked my mom about it and she's scared I might be pregnant. Started taking Lo Estrin FE last month, a day after I finished my last period. The doctor said I should start right away with the first blue pill in the pack, and to put the little stickers on the top, because It was a Friday. On the last blue pill of the third row, I got my period. I have had it for about 6 days which is longer than normal for me, since this is my first month on birth control. Everything I've read has told me to either start with the white pills the first day you have your period, or start the blue pills the Sunday of your period. I never miss pills ever I take them religiously and I have a alarm to warn me to take them so never missed a pill , but I always always start on the Friday of my white pills arounnd1 pm AMD it's now 6 and I still haven't syarted. Hi. Im using diane 35 as contraceptive for four months now kaya lang stop ako ngayong month kasi late yung supply ko from thailand.
