My teen daughter is on Yaz for hormonal acne. This is her 6th month & her face is the worse it has ever been! She is getting cyst on forehead & along sides of face. Does Tri-Sprintec have a higher dosage of estrogen than Yaz? Also, she is having mood swings like crazy! Help this mom who wants to help alleviate her moods & clear her face acne!!

Hello, Susan! How is she doing? I'm very sorry about the problems your daughter is having.
Actually, hormonal acne is usually caused by estrogen, so it likely wouldn't be a good idea to give her a pill with a higher amount of it.
Have you consulted her doctor, yet? She may need to try a different one.
