I had my angiogram done and my Dr said it was normal with minor luminal irregularities. EF 50-55%. I'm on aspirin 100mg, amlodipine 2.5mg, atorvastatin 10mg, metformin 250mg TDS. Plus I'm allergic to NSAID's. After the angiogram I also developed hematoma on my right hand, showing acute obstruction (length 5cm) with retograde flow. I was wanting to know if I can take just regular bayer asprin for my high blood pressure. I'm trying to stay away from doctors how many a day I'm 47. I'm taking aspirin (81mg daily), efficient (15mg), coreg (6.25mg daily), isosorbide mono er (30mg once daily), nifedipine er (30mg daily), 20mg lasix daily, 40mg lipitor (1 at night), metformin (250mg as needed), losartan potassium (100mg daily), potassium cl micro (10 mg once daily) and protonix ec (40 mg twice a day). I have no more AF so tried to go off Eliquist and diltiazam. However when I did (slowly, one at a time) I felt a tightness in my chest and a rapid heartbeat for a few seconds on getting up. Tonact ASP 75mg (Atorvastatin and Aspirin) capsules was prescribed by my doctor but nowadays it is not available in any market. Some chemists say production is stopped and some say due to price revision purposes it is not available. I wander from pillar to post but have been fruitless. How and from where can I get it? Hi. My son is 17 and he was prescribed loprin 75 after a tia attack. He now has a pressure-like feeling in his head, neck and back, and his blood pressure is also low. I have 2 different types of pills that are supposed to be exactly the same. One is round, white and has a line across the back of it, and on other side it has in big numbers 54 and under that is the number 543. The other pill is flat, smooth, white, plain on one side and on the other side it has the number 4839 with a line under that and a kind of cursive V. I received the latter one a while ago when I had dental work done and it helped me so much. My general practitioner prescribed the first one for major pelvic and lower back pain and they are supposed to be the exact same thing and I assure you they are not. I cannot pinpoint the difference. The colored portion of the ecosprin av 75/20 is extremely difficult to dissolve and passes in stool as such in tablet form. I do not know if the colored portion is aspirin or AV. Does anyone know which portion of the digestive track the component is suppose to dissolve and gets absorbed. Not only this misleads physician as he thinks you are consuming the drug but actually it is not absorbed, but is literally a wastage of money. ## I found that the colored portion is aspirin and it has a tough gastroresistant cover. I want to know what is in the pill besides aspirin? It is a round pill with aspirin on one side and A1 on the other. ## Aspirin is the only active ingredient in it, it is listed as containing 325mgs of it.
