Based on your description, my guess is that it may be a while before the swelling subsides. However it seems like you're using the right preventative measures w/ a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to keep it from getting any worse. I recently got keto/lido/cycl cream that was prescribed to me because a year ago I got whiplash from a car accident and it still hasn't gone away. I was wondering whether or not I could use the cream with a heating pad as for I use the pad alot? The cream is exactly 10% ketoprofen 6G, 4% lidocaine 2.4G, and 1% cyclobenzaprine 0.6G. My wife has been suffering from arthritis (eg. ankle swelling and tenderness). Her weight is approx 70 kg. My 13 yr old son was given Betaclav 1000mg twice a day and pulmision 20mg twice a day for 5 days for a sinus infection. It is making him feel worse with nausea, headaches and weakness. Must I stop his course or continue? ## Those can be normal side effects of these medications, according to the NIH, but he should continue taking them, unless his doctor instructs otherwise. He may also experience diarrhea, stomach pain, acne, and non-allergic skin rash. How is he doing? Has there been any change? ## He completed the course yesterday and today he seems slightly better although still nausea and lots of mucus in the tubes. His head still feels fuzzy, can feel mucus draining down his throat. Do I need to go back to the doc or you think he is on the mend?

I ran out of my meloxicam that I take for severe arthritis and degenerative disc disease. Due to being in the process of changing PCPs I am looking for an ITC comparable to the meloxicam or something that might even work better. I am a lot of pain and am having a hard time moving. To further complicate issues I had gastric bypass surgery 9 years ago and am supposed to be limited in taking NSAIDs. I am currently taking 2600mg of Tylenol two to three times a day and roughly 1600mg of Advil with minimal relief. I am 76 years old man with 80 kg weight and 176cm height. Back pain has been a chronic problem with me for more than 10 years now. I have now been prescribed Nucaxia 90mg once daily for my lower back pain and some pain in one knee. The medcine is quite effective. Earlier I used to take some medicine on SOS basis but now require to every day as the pain returns if I stop the medicine. The problem is diagnosed as Osteoarthritis. My primary dr said take one 15mg meloxicam a day. Went to the orthropedic dr. and since my pain is unbearable at night, he told me I could take two 15mg meloxicam a day. What happens if someone takes too much Meloxicam? Like more than 30+ mg. What are the side effects and will they be okay? ## This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so on top of the risk of overdose, taking to much of it could result in stomach ulceration, liver damage, and liver failure, according to the NIH. My hair is falling out but the handful. . I am on a lot of medication for ankalosing Spondylitis including Enbrel and methotrexate. . I started the Enbrel and the Angelique at about the same time and don't know what is causing this sudden hair loss. . It's a huge amount of hair so I am very confused concerned ## It might be due to the Methotrexate, the NIH does list hair loss as a possible side effect of it, along with nausea, loss of libido, nausea, and dehydration. I have fibromyalgia and suffer extreme pain in various parts of my body. For the last four months, pain in my hip has almost debilitated me. In the last four months I've been prescribed dosepacks three times by two different doctors plus shots a few months before that. After reading about the dangers im scared but can't undo what is done.
