I am taking meganerv 300 once a day but still feel numbes on both feet can I take meganerv 300 2x a day

I'm taking meganerv 300 almost 2 weeks because my pain is rhauma arthritis.especially my hands and ryst its so pain.starting I taking meganerv 300 maybe no more pain but sometimes had.but not so pain.
