Sazo Tablet Side Effects

My wife has been suffering from arthritis (eg. ankle swelling and tenderness). Her weight is approx 70 kg. Would it be beneficial if she's prescribed Sazo 500 two times daily or are there any side effects she should be aware of?

It may help, but she should only try it, if her doctor has instructed her to take it. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.

Is she on any other medications?
