Hi, I am a disabled single mom, and have been seeing a family doctor who prescribes my pain meds along with everything else. I have a progressive disease I was born with in my spine, and 5 other conditions related to this. The reason I would like to stay with a family doctor is that I don't have the time and money to run all over the area and go to doctor's appts everyday of the week. The office I have been going to, I've now been switched to my 3rd student doctor in 3 years and they've done an across the board change in their pain med policy. They don't care that they aren't treating individual patients needs. My quality of life has gone backwards about 8 years and they have cut my medications to half of what I was taking when I was pregnant. I'm on medicare...
