I have a medical coming up for a work visa application to New Zealand. I have been taking the following meds from March 2017 to date: Lexamil 20mg daily Rivotril (Clonazepam) - 0.5mg - 1mg per day Epitec 100mg - 1 per day Will these be picked up in the blood and urine tests? How long do I need to be off these meds to not show in the blood and urine tests? Thank you very much!

I am taking 4mgs of Dilaudid, 2mg Xanax, 200mg Gabapentin, 75mg Doxepin and Tylenol daily. Is it safe? ## Generally most pain management doctors will not prescribe Xanax along with Dilaudid or any pain killer. They say it makes your heart slow down and they fear you may go to sleep and not wake up. I'm hoping that you are going to one doctor for all of your meds or have told the doctor(s) that are prescribing the Dilaudid and Xanax that you are taking both meds. Please be careful and don't take any extra of either med. ## Have they all been prescribed for you? Generally, the NIH warns that taking them together may cause more severe side effects than usual. Such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and respiratory depression.

I'm looking for a doctor in Hennessey, OK who will prescribe me xanax bars. My husband hung himself recently and I came home and found him in our garage and cut him down to try to save him but it was too late..we have a baby girl who was 11 months old at the time and also was home with him when he did it. I have a history of anxiety disorder and panic attacks but had almost stopped having them except for very stressful situations, so I had stopped taking xanax for a few years until this happened.Now im having full blown panic attacks all the time now but dont want to go to the northwest center for behavioral health because thats whose care he was under at the time. My Doctor left Montefiore and joined Westchester Medical. I been seeing him for the past 15 years. When he was affiliated with Monti I could call and come by the office and pick up my pricripion of 30 3mg XR Xanax. I live less than a mile from his old office. Know I have to make an appointment every month and see him to get a refill. It's a 40 minute ride. My question is can he prescribe 90 pills. Or is it legal for him to give me three seperate scrips and post date them. Seeing him every month to pick up a scrip. along with the drive is a nightmare. ## The laws vary from State to State but your Doctor can do a few different things, including prescribing more pills per month and or write for refills. All you ever hear is the negativity and treat those whom really help and lack of help other than psychiatrists. 50/60 % provide nothing but want to talk and charge $$$$. That's what they care about. How about a new medication that truly helps. And last but least the Drug addicts & DEA is all they care about. ## While I did have a Psychiatrist provide Xanax for me during a Work related removal, I always use a GP for this medicine. You should first develop a Doctor /Patient relationship. I have chronic back pain and have taken norco10 and 2mg ativan 4 x' s daily. I have new dr. Told me to cut ativan in half each mo from 8mg to 2. Now taking 1 mg ativan and 50 mg amityptoline before bed after severe aniety, panic, ecscuciating muscle stiffness and pain and headache, nausia. I have been taking pain and benzo' s for years. I have in bed for 3 days now. I also have torn ligaments in ankle and skipped pt today feeling too badly. If I stay on 1mg for 2 wks then go to half for 2 wks then zero but continue with amitryptoline to help pain, anxiety, insomnia and depression. I didn' t think I was depressed but doc tried ssri each mo for 4 mo but I had bad side effects. I did not know about paws until yesterday. Do you think I am doing this right? First time poster here. There was another post on this site about a scored bar-shaped pill that apparently is often mistaken for Xanax, but according to the responses it appears that it is actual Buspar. Even if this is the correct pill identification, there isn’t any source references images or other supporting info. Some people will believe it just because the answer sounds authoritative. This could lead to a false sense of safety which could result in a harmful outcome. Others, like myself, require more proof. In other words, what is the source for your information? this Is day 23 off of Kim’s after 6 years of 1 mg 3x daily. The first and this week have been agonizing. My sleep seems not existent and ringing in my ears is torture. They say it wil pass, but I need a narutal remedy to aid me during this hell. I was in a psych hospital week 2 with sucidal thoughts, severe depression and Benzo addiction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. HELP KC ## There really isn't anything natural that can be recommended to help. At this point, it is most likely just a matter of time. Did you stop taking it abruptly? The FDA warns that doing so creates the risk of seizures. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications?

I have had horrible panic attacks since I was 18. I also have generalized anxiety disorder, ptsd and severe depression. My family doesnt understand why I cry all the time. I dont either. I just know that Im alone and heartbroken. My dad is my best friend and he is bedridden with muscular dystrophy. He never wants to get out of bed anymore. I have 2 children also. Its in their best interest to not live with me. I am seeing a doctor who gives me 75 2 mg xanax a month and she thinks that is a lot. I only take them when im feeling anxious or start to panic. I bought a round white pill (that's scored on one side with nothing on the other) from Mexico in Baja California. It came in a sealed bottle as generic Alprazolam. Can anyone please verify this? ## Unfortunately, if there are no markings, there's no way to be sure what it contains. Medications from Mexico are not as regulated as those in the U.S. and Canada. The FDA warns that Alprazolam carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects that could include nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. Is there any other information on the bottle label?

That FDA warns that doing so could be dangerous, since it may create the risk of seizures. Other withdrawal symptoms may include nausea, fever, chills, and rebound anxiety. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?

I'm suffered from antidepressants. Initially i took nexito5mg step by step i increased my dosage up to 30mg with help my doctor advice. I got these generic xanax 2mg bars with 11 on them - do they work like real xanax? ## Generic Alprazolam is technically "the real deal" before they gave the drug a brand name called Xanax. Being that they are made of the same active ingredient, I would imagine that they work just as they are intended to work for anti-anxiety purposes. The major differences in peoples reaction to the drug are largely due to different body chemistry and different inactive ingredients in each brand of Alprazolam. I am in somerset Pa, I was on Xanax for 7 years, this was the only thing my family doctor found that worked for me. I have a medical card now, so I would have to find doctor who accepts these. ## A medical card? Unless it has a Visa or MC logo nobody wants to help you online. I priced some the other day. I want to know what is the highest does for person to take ## Hi minime, I'm unsure of the absolute maximum dosage, but I believe the normal adult dosage is 50- 100 (mg) which can be taken up to 4 times a day. You should take this medication by mouth with or without food, just follow whatever instructions your doctor has provided. I'm not sure if you are using the liquid form of this medication, but if so, be sure to carefully measure the dose by using a special measuring device/spoon. Using a household spoon is not recommended because you may not get the correct dose.
