Does anybody know what the half life and excretion time of Alprazolam is?

Xanax Half Life: Immediate release: 11.2 hours; Extended release: 10.7-15.8 hours. To be safe I'd say a few days.

xanax is same with all medication it depends on how active the person is an how much liquids are intaked an expelled

How do you know your "hubby" didn't take xanax after that? There is no way for you to know so don't post that crap unless it is about you personally. It is not acurate, no person that never takes xanax could ingest only a single mg and it not be secreted within a few days.

You guys are seriously misinformed. The half life of Alprazolam is indeed 11.2 hours, however, half life has nothing to do with a UA. A half life only refers to how long the chemical is active in your system, not it's detection life. It can be detected in urine for 1-6 weeks, blood 6-48hrs, saliva 10 days, hair 90 days.

taking xanax for 3weeks every other day have 96 hrs before i take urine test. What are the chances for passing and if not good what can be done or taken to get the xanax out of the fat cells.

xanax does not stay in youre system 6 weeks thats nonsense. if you took 12 mg in one fay after 11 hours itd be at 6 mg after another 11 hours its be at 4mg after another 11 hours its be at 2mg this is putting it simply for people who are tricked by these people online saying it takes 1-6 weeks thats bogus info guys. i took 16 2mg bars a day for like a year i was cut off cold turkey terrible withdrawals and everything i was tested four days later and was clean. i have the paperwork i f youd like to challenge me. xanax is an extremely short acting drug. like say cocaine. coke takes 3 days to clear youre system if used briefly but its apples and oranges. regardles after a week youll be clean just drink water and walk dude. i didnt do any of the two and tested negative sooo yeah go figure.

I took 10mg of Xanax on Wednesday and I have a drug test Thursday the next week so I guess 7 days. Should I be worried that I am gonna piss pos for benzo? If I do I am f***ed so really need to do whatever I can do to make sure I piss clean. Any words of advice or am I gonna be cool?

ok I used to take Xanax all the time about 7 yearsago now my system is very sensitive so I haven't taken it in a while because I overdosed on them but I got a couple of bars now butt i'm on probation and I can't have another dirty urine soo how long should I wait to take them after I take my test...if I can take them at all??

I'm 5'8" 160lbs 6% body fat and don't work out and took ten mg of zany in two days and was clean in two days. It's out in max of 4 days with out exercise or do anything special. If it is for some odd reason of six weeks I would loose the body fat and get your liver and kidneys checked for proper function

If i took 1/2 of a blue xanax at 4pm on Wednesday and. was drug tested at 7 am Thursday. i drank a lot of water and my urine was clear will it show up in a 5 panel test. don't believe they are doing the extended test. but either way will it show up. thanks

You have 2 types: casual use
1. instant release (24-48 hours)
2. Xr Release (11.2 hours)

To all whom are worried about testing positive. STOP taking meds that are not prescribed to you by your personal licensed Dr. , its far better to be clean and test without all the stress.

No-way in hell he was taking more and you not knowing because that's bull!!! I want milligram and he tested positive after 2 weeks give me a break you should maybe go to Walgreens and pop test him not trying to be mean but no way he would test positive for 1 milligram in 2 weeks and never take them

So I took 2 x 1 mg blue xanax today. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and am prescribed lexapro for anxiety, but ran out so took two 1 mg Xanax. How long will they stay in my system? Please help. Wrong. I took 2mg and am a very infrequent user and pass urinalysis after 3-7 days, depending on your age, frequentcy of use, metabolism rate, hydration, exercise, and body fat it could stay in your system for 3 days to approximately (if very frequent user with high body fat and slow metabolism) 4 weeks

Xanax will stay in you for 80 hours aka 3 days 8 hours. So just make sure you don't have To drop until day 4 or 5 and you'll be good. I called 3 pharmacies and talked to my doctor about it.
