Tested positive though I never touched it...wondering if hydroxyzine IR or anything else can cause a false positive? ## I too am in a clinic and tested positive for norfentanyl and am baffled because I bring everything to the light because I don't have to live like this anymore!! I am a young female in the Cincinnati Ohio trip state area. I just recently got insured by my employer, but on a high deductible health plan and my expenses are limited, I'd like to keep expenses to a minimum for a primary care doctor and not tons of therapy and psychiatry. My druggist says he can seem to get it anymore. I need this med & cannot be without it. It controls my seisures. I am really upset. Why would you stop making this product? I used to take atarax 25mg for depression in 2010. It got better so I stopped taking them. It's now 2017 and my doctor put me back on them. I got a new prescription for the same milligrams but I found my other atarax in the kitchen cabinet. I'm wondering if it's still any good before I throw them away? ## Most likely not, medications tend to lose efficacy with time, according to FDA warnings. Even stored in the original factory sealed containers, they are usually only good for about 4 to 5 years, less when they are in a bottle as dispensed by your pharmacy, since that exposes them to the elements that cause degradation, such as heat, light, and moisture. Thus, it would be better to dispose of them, and pick up the new prescription. Is there anything else I can help with?

My friend called my home today with what he thought was a diazepam 10mg. It had a stripe on one side while being blank on the other side. I know a women who takes Xanax 1mg 3x/day routinely. She also breastfeeds her child 2-3x/day. Is this ok? If I take 0.5 mgs of Ativan every night before bed, is it safe to take 5/325 hydrocodone-acetaminophen when I get my tooth pulled out? FOUND A WHITE OBLONG PILL IN MY HOUSE ON ONE SIDE IT SAYS HYL AND CF ON THE OTHER ## This is an over the counter homeopathic medication called Calm's Forte, it is manufactured by Hyland's. It is used to treat anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia, though there is no actual proof that it works for such conditions. The FDA does warn that it may cause dizziness, and drowsiness, in some people that take it. I have tried it in the past, for insomnia, and it did seem to help, for a few weeks, but then stopped. I have been on the yellow pill, but got the pink one last time for my restless leg syndrome. I now have trouble sleeping. I am normally a very happy caring person. Now I am depressed and I want to cry about everything. How long is the interval for 3 x a day be? ## Hi Maureen, If you're to take one pill 3 times a day, the best advice I can offer is that you divide 24 (hours in day) by 3. This would equate to taking one pill every 8 hours. I hope this makes sense! Please post back if you have any other questions or comments regarding this. ## 3 TAB A DAY, OF LEVETIRACETA 1000MG. I just got some Librium they have Barr 159 on them. I was just curious as to if anyone knows what the equvilant of one of these Librium pills would be to the mg of a Xanax. Thanks!! ## Hello, Even though Librium and Xanax are used to treat the same ailments and are in the same drug class, they are still two different medications that are formulated in two different ways. Since these medications effect everyone differently, there is really no way to justify an equivalent dose of Librium to create the same result as taking Xanax.
