There is no Xanax with a 10 10 10 marking. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?

There might be a possibility that it is a Buspirone tablet, which is a generic for Buspar, which is used to treat anxiety. The side effects are basically similar, though it does not carry the risk of being habit forming.
