I am wondering if buspirone has gluten in it? I am allergic to wheat and have been having a reaction since beginning to take this medicine and am trying to figure out if it's the medication or something else. I took 130 mgs.over a two day period should 10 days be enough .i weigh 185 pds male with a moderate metabolism. ## The half life of Diazepam (active ingredient in Valium) is between 20-100 hours, depending on the number of doses taken and the amount of the dose. This wide spectrum half life makes the length of time that Diazepam is in your system vary significantly. A single use of Diazepam can remain in your system for up to 7-10 days. Anything there-after is noted to take anywhere from 1-6 wks; a pretty ridiculous time frame in my opinion. The best thing to do, actually, would be to get yourself in with a new PCP and then ask them to refer you to someone. Family member was in ER for alcohol detox and was peaceful and easy going. Member began to have shakes and was given Ativan in an IV. Member became very irritated and aggressive. Member had to be restrained and Ativan was increased. Upon increase, member became violent and had to be restrained by 4 young security guards. Why did DAVA decide you should take more by making their 2 mg bar 3 parts instead of the industry accepted four, as if more medicine is better? ## Hello, Eddy! How are you? I read somewhere that Ranbaxy brand lorazepam 2 mg tablets contain 250 mg of terbinafine. Is this true? Is there any way to find out exactly what is in a medication which is not listed? It's an excellent antihistamine and usually the first choice used in most ERs to treat allergic reactions, but it doesn't have the same potent sedating effects that Vistaril does.
