My 52 yrs young husband is highly allergic to anything containing Sulfur and any shellfish. Just today he was prescribed Trazodone 50mg for his insomnia and depression. He also has a family history of bipolar disorder, liver disease, heart disease, as well as other medical problems on his side of the family. I have spent the past five hours pouring over every site I could find that have any information on the above named drug, but I have not been able to find anything detailed about allergy warning other than, "Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to trazodone or any other medicines. It's a round shape and a light purple color with GG 036 imprinted on it. It was supposed to be a wellbutrin refill. ## The marking is actually GG 930 and it does contain 100mgs of Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin, which is an antidepressant that is also used to help with smoking cessation. I was taking 300mg one day and 150mg the following day.I DID THIS for several weeks and decided to take 300mg everyday. On the 3rd day, I felt totally drugged. i have been using topomax since november 2010 for neuropathy pain. i had the typical side affects of facial numbness, tingling, flat taste of any carbonated drink and the best of all side effect was my 32 lb. weight loss and counting. since then i have been prescribed the medicine for bipolar along with cymbalta which also works great for my neuropothy. these two medications together seem to be the best cocktail for my pain and my bipolar. i have been on many different meds. in my adult life and none of them have given me the results that these two have. so for those of you that are thinking of getting off of topomax before you allow the side effects to go away, i would suggest that you at least hang in there for a few weeks to see if the good results outweigh the bad side effects. i al...

One pill that may be a match is Citalopram hydrobromide 10 mg; manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals. I take 200 mg. Bupropion a day but leaves me very anxious -would 300 mg a day stop the anxiety? ## Have you consulted your doctor? If the medication is what's actually causing your anxiety, then it is only logical to think that a higher dose would make it worse, rather than help improve it. You should talk to your doctor about it, so they can determine the cause and help you find a solution.

I have been on this medication for about six months now and I have run out of refills. What signs should I watch out for until I get my meds refilled and start taking it again.
