I'm finding it a bit difficult to locate an exact match to your description because there are a number of pills that are light brown/tan/orange colored with a "10" on them.
One pill that may be a match is Citalopram hydrobromide 10 mg; manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals. It fits your color description the most, but I'm unable to confirm this match since there are more than a handful of possibilities.
If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated.
